Part was as ordered but arrived damaged from shipping. It was still useable and seems to be working fine.

I received the package severely damaged. The box, when opened, contained nothing put the tow bar. Without any fasteners, I have no way to mount it to my vehicle. After sending three emails with no response, I called the number. It's been four days now and I still haven't been contacted.

Parts do not fit 2025 jeep wrangler sport.

Extremely please with the side steps, I not only achieved the purpose for getting the side steps but I also achieved a great looking product. They came with everything needed to install and are very sturdy. Great product!

My mopar wheel bearing assembly came earlier than estimated. It has the Chrysler emblem on it and fit like it should. Price was reasonable also.

Originally tried using link in email to track order and the link went to a page not found. Emailed customer service and they responded quickly. Part delivered on time. Unfortunately part didn’t fix problem. Representative I spoke to immediately sent a return label. Refunded within a day of return. Thank you for great customer service. Unfortunately, it is not as common as it should be.

No links in any emails I received worked. I could not make an account. And now that my part has shipped, I can not track it because the link isn’t working. This is ridiculous.
