Status report/notification has room to improve. All the links provided in the mail were not working.

Delivery was delayed, when I tried contacting the dealer, the automated system returned errors when trying to validate my email address. I was eventually able to contact them by phone, and once we clarified the detail of the order, the package was expedited rapidly, which I appreciated.

If replacing a sun visor. Check to see if there is a fabric specification as well as color. The part is great but the material is a different fabric. Only I notice it.

I'm very happy with my ordering experience. However, I ordered the filter kit for the 68rfe. I got all the parts required, but the kit description didn't clarify that it included the required seal. No big deal, I now have a spare seal. Just a heads-up to anyone following in my footsteps. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Kit was easy to install.

Your store sent me the wrong part even with the VIN number showing it’s the wrong part. I tried to answer an email regarding that, but the email gets returned.

The speaker arrived as scheduled. Easy to install and is working as expected.

Thanks again to Mike who helped me on the phone to guarantee that I was ordering the correct part. I’d had trouble prior to this on other sites with the correct application. It arrived quickly and was well packaged with no damage. Great customer service.

MoparPartsDelivered, by itself, is a strong 6 stars. But their choice of shipper dropped them to 2 stars. They're in MI. I'm in MN. The great USPS gave my package a 14-day trip to KS, back to MI, then finally to me. 2 weeks! Guys pick someone else. PLEASE!
