I ordered my part on a Saturday and 9 days later it was delivered. Exactly what I ordered and delivered when they said it would arrive. Great experience.

Only Mopar had the part I needed and kept me informed

My tracking number said my package was delivered on 9/22 but I never received it. Rubber hood bumpers and rubber plugs for right hand front door

been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, order got lost was told to contact extend to file a claim did that they gave me a virtual card can't use the card was told that they would get back with me still haven't heard anything back

The part is genuine Mopar and was well packed and shipped for a reasonable price. I have not had time to install as of yet but the quality for fit and finish looks good in comparison to the old part.

OK I got a response indicating that they did not have the paint on hand but did send the emblem I ordered. Why not send an e-mail saying sit tight and when we get the paint we will send - I had to inquire to learn that they did not have it available to send with the emblem.

I still haven't received my part. It was supposed to be delivered today, but now it is supposed to come on Wednesday. A more accurate delivery date would be nice.
