I have not received it!!!!!
Quick part delivery after confirming the match to VIN. It was an easy install once I figured out how to remove the damaged trim.
I considered the order processing and shipment to be extremely slow. I ordered O2 sensors and received an extra on one part number and did not receive the other part number. I am fixing to send a third e-mail on this as I have had no response to the previous two e-mails. That doesn't work I guess I will have to call. This is the worst experience with an on-line retailer in a while. I would not recommend.
My initial experience with the website was not great. I input my vehicle and VIN and then search for the part I needed. The recommended part that I purchased ended up being for a Jeep wrangler instead of a grand Cherokee even though I put the exact vehicle information in the search. Hunter contacted me by email to notify me the part was incorrect and was able to get it sorted with the correct speaker that would fit my vehicle. My experience with him was great!
Paid for overnight shipping, it came by mail, a week long process. Thanks anyhow! I got the right part.
I was disappointed with the condition of my order. The packaging was inadequate resulting in damaged items. The packaging of the replacement item was much better and I was happy with your response. Thank you.
Wrong part received
My order got stuck in limbo for several days. The tracking number showed a label had been created but the item had not shipped. I got no response from several emails. The item did finally arrive.
I still haven't received my water pump

I ordered a part that was shipped promptly. I received it and realized it was slightly different than the old part. Sent an email to customer support and after a couple of days (good response time with the holidays) they emailed a response that their VIN review had failed, and I had received the wrong part. The correct part was more money, what would I like to do. I replied within a day that I wanted to return the incorrect part and get the correct one. That was about 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have emailed a couple of times and left a phone message.
Very easy to use keeps you updated on parts that you order
Parts were good, shipping was not! And I tried numerous times to talk to someone and was put on hold for 20 minutes one time before I hung up and 45 minutes another.

I got no responses for the part that I needed. I had to get the part number from a local dealer. The part isn’t even here yet so perhaps you should think about making sure the part arrives before asking what I think??
The site is easy to use and all would have been great had the part been available. . . I guess you can't win them all. Seriously, I try to buy OEM parts for my Mopars through you all. Thanks.
