I deal with my local Mopar parts store all the time, however this time they quoted me a long wait time for availability. I found Moparpartscounter during a web search. The were able to supply the part in a much more timely manner and at a very competitive price. The Part was shipped when they estimated. The shipping company was a little slow but not unreasonable. I received my part in excellent condition and will be searching their parts bin in the future.

The BCM that I ordered does not work. I got a brand new BCM and I had to remove it because it does not work. Was told to take it to the dealer to get it programmed. If I had known that I would have got it from the dealer in the first place. I got a brand new piece of paper weight because it is no good to me and I can't even send it back

The original part was not only the wrong part, but was returned to Mopar as you did not get my address correct! Then waited another week for the correct part. I returned the other part over two weeks ago and have not gotten my refund!
