Never again will I order anything from you guys wrong part shipped out $33 and still no part.

been waiting over 3 weeks for my order, order got lost was told to contact extend to file a claim did that they gave me a virtual card can't use the card was told that they would get back with me still haven't heard anything back

The part is genuine Mopar and was well packed and shipped for a reasonable price. I have not had time to install as of yet but the quality for fit and finish looks good in comparison to the old part.

OK I got a response indicating that they did not have the paint on hand but did send the emblem I ordered. Why not send an e-mail saying sit tight and when we get the paint we will send - I had to inquire to learn that they did not have it available to send with the emblem.

I still haven't received my part. It was supposed to be delivered today, but now it is supposed to come on Wednesday. A more accurate delivery date would be nice.

The switch I needed had no substitute other than Mopar branded. The price was competitive and lower than any dealership offers. It fit perfectly, worked and hopefully it will work another 9 years like the original. The reason for only 4 stars is the time it took to finally be delivered.

I paid $50 core charge on a wheel, and was told I could only ship it back to them- which cost me around $50. The site makes you think they are a legitimate Mopar provider, but when talking to a manage, he said "they" charge us $50 core fee. I asked who "they" was and he fumbled around never saying who "they" were. IF they are MOPAR then MOPAR should accept my wheel at ANY MOPAR dealer. The is no mention of their requirement to pay for the return.

Thought I had received the wrong part but I was helped over the phone and realized that I had the correct part
