when I made my order it said 1 was in stock and I would have it in 7 days ,so when I called you said you didnt have in stock and so it took 18 days to get it so therefore I had to get somebody to watch for it cause i was out of town

Ask for update through email twice with no reply. Finally had to call got disconnected first time, second time no answer. Third time was told only person that could give us an update was on vacation and would return next day, forth time call was told man we needed was off until next week. Fifth time we got Hunter who had been on vacation told us product was back ordered and begetting item in a couple days. Terrible customer service.

No communication on the backordered item. Took about a month to receive the item. . I understand backorders, but the order status just said in process and left me wondering. We finally called and the item was received within a couple of days.

Took way too long for it to ship. Could have ordered locally for the same price and quicker. Never will I order here again

Have not received my order and on the 24th, 2026. I keep trying the tracking number but no help.

Parts were easy to locate on website. Easy to order and delivery was quick.

Ordered a rear view mirror for my truck which was the wrong one. They asked if I wanted a different one or a total refund on my order. I responded that I would like a total refund. That was a month ago and 3 emails to them asking where my refund was. NO REFUND - NO RESPONSE. Order at your own risk. I won't be using or recommending this Company any longer.

I have not received my order yet. FedEx called me yesterday to inform me that they have attempted delivery 3 times and will not leave the package on the porch unless there is someone there to sign for it. I work out of town and live alone so this logistical nightmare of FedEx needing my signature to receive the delivery has been quite an obstacle. I wish it was brought to my attention upon ordering that the package would need a signature to be delivered

Items I needed were in stock, was packaged well and shipped promptly and got emails on my order great service will highly recommended

Very difficult to navigate your correspondence with my iPhone. When clicking on highlighted links I would get the 404. I thought I had been scammed. Ready to call my credit card company. Then I tried the laptop and highlighted stuff would work. I buy a lot of stuff online and this was Thee most frustrating experience ever. I received my package today and LUCKILY the gas cap I ordered was still in the envelope because whoever did the simple task of putting the product in the envelope neglected to seal the open end!!!
