The guys at this dealer do a great job. They helped with tracking as I wasn’t getting it from the shipper, and the best part is that the part was cheaper then the local dealership, even though I had to pay for shipping.

Shipping took a little longer than expected but overall a great experience

Wheel arrived in OEM packing and had a chip in the paint on the visible edge of the rim. For a total delivery price of $681. 88 cents, it should not have been damaged! Also, there was an core charge of $50, with no explanation how that works. Will not buy from mopar oem again without satisfaction.

Suspect this site is a scam, my first order. A week after I ordered, they tagged my order "complete. " They issued a USPS tracking no. but nothing actually shipped. I sent 2 messages for shipping info, never responded.

It was fine you could give more updates when you don’t have the parts in house

The online ordering process was fairly easy, we received our part and it worked perfectly, thank you, but it did take almost 3 weeks to get to us which was a little disappointing.

Part was ready for pickup nobody called or updated order. I had to show up a couple days later. Guy at front desk was clueless. Took 1 hour to pick up 1 part . Luckily the part was correct.

I had ordered a mopar oem side view mirror for my wrangler. It did take a little bit for oem parts counter to get my part in. It wasn’t the typical side mirror, it’s for a chief unlimited edition, so took a little longer. Because it did take a little longer to get my part as soon as they received it they let me know they were going to get it to me as soon as possible and mailed it to me priority, which I really appreciated. Mopar OEM parts counter also made sure this was the correct part. I had it installed today, and it’s perfect. I would recommend this company. Thank you Lorraine
