I would truly love to thank the professional courteous and highly efficient Aubrey. She has been a godsend in ordering this bed that I fell in love with. I work as a nurse in the emergency room and she was able to arrange for first responders promotion. I just placed my first order. Audrey B is super helpful. She answered all of my questions. I will definitely buy more from Modloft.

I want to start off this review by saying I was given a 3-5 day shipping time on the original order of the bed. I was later contacted by a representative via email who informed me that even though the website reads 3-day shipping, the bed would have a 2-3 week delivery time and I would be contacted by the delivery company in that time frame. I appreciated the message and was optimistic about the delivery time as I was told I would receive a call before memorial weekend. I have not received a call and I have been in contact with three different representatives, none of which who can locate the bed, nor update me on a delivery date. The shipping confirmation gives a vague status that reads the bed is at the metro hub in "unsatisfactory condition." I cannot get an answer as to what this means. I am moving into a new home this week and will not have a bed in time, regardless of the fact that I placed the order well in advance. I am rather sad this is my experience as I had other pieces that I loved and was hoping to order. However, given the circumstances, I am not confident in the shipping process and it is unlikely that I will be a returning customer. The representatives are kind but response time and helpfulness are unsatisfactory. I am optimistic about the quality of the bed as it has great reviews, I am hoping it is worth the wait.

I placed an order for 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a coffee table and an end table for my outdoor area. I got a call the next day thanking me for the order and offering to answer any questions I may have. (great customer service) The items arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality of the furniture is a 10+ for the price. This entire transaction went better than I could have imagined. I am picky so saying that I am in love with everything I ordered is a big deal and I am in love with everything I ordered. I ordered the netta chairs, parson sofas, parson coffee table and volta accent table.

So far I had good experiene with Ryan, not only the team responds appropriately but also up on request they tried their best to give a price match.
