Bought my living and master bedroom with them. It looks fantastic! The design is top notch. After 5 years, I need new sets. The sectional cushions are deformed, the dresser drawers don’t close, the bed…the bed is in good shape : ). I might never buy from them again. Replicas have better quality (sad to say)

great online store, customer service is excellent, we use to like buy furniture from noel home or cantoni but after one of my friend suggest modloft name we make a mind to buy from them after purchasing new home we ordered almost all furniture from modloft and it was really great experience, customer service is great i have a issue with damaged coffee table so i talk with ryan and he taking care and exchange with new one we are now waiting for coffee table and also waiting for dining table, overall very great experience with modloft..keep it up good job

We ordered a table, long story short it came damaged. Modloft was incredibly Easy to work with in getting a new table sent to us. We were never left feeling like they didn’t care or wondering what was going on. We were updated through out the process! I would Order from them time and time again, the product itself is nice quality but being able To communicate through an issue almost meant more to me, especially when your dealing with higher dollar amount items. 10/10 Recommend!

great service great furniture everyone is so helpfull. i have small issue with coffee table . during installation white gloves people noticed table was damaged from one side so i contact modloft and next day Ryan call me & told me they will take care of it & replace the furniture with another new one. i suggest modlft furniture for everyone who are interested in modern look furniture with peace of mind

I love Modloft and their designs and quality furniture. Unfortunately, I made a switch on some dining chairs, cancelling one set and ordering another set to go with my Sullivan table, which I’ve waited for for many months. The warehouse inadvertently cancelled delivery on both orders, the chairs and table. Ugh. Hope this didn’t delay delivery of my table. Ryan has been excellent, but the courier … not so much.

The furniture is very nice, I have ordered from the store before, but the incredibly slow shipping times make them completely no longer viable as an option for me. I have been waiting for a bedroom set for months, I keep getting news that the order has been delayed even further. Evidently there is a major issue going on in the California warehouse, anything coming from there is super backed up. Unless you have half of the year to wait for your stuff to get here, I would go to another store

The couch is such a great piece, I’m upset at myself I didn’t find ModLoft sooner! Ryan went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful that I can now say ModLoft is my new, trustworthy home for house shopping.

We bought a king sized Monroe bed a while ago and had to put it storage downsizing during the pandemic. Love the Sullivan line of tables and their construction and design are excellent. Had the dining table for quite a few years and it has been indestructible.
