After waiting for what seemed like forever and receiving the first one damaged, finally the media cabinet is here and it is stunning! So worth the wait. The design is fabulous and it looks so much better in person than just on the site. It is wonderful cabinet (gloss black and walnut) and it will be for years to come.

So far, I am so happy with the prompt response from the ModLoft team! I received all the samples I asked for and the process of the order was smooth. I am looking forward to get my order and hope that the products’ quality is as exceptional as their service. Will post after I receive my order.

My wife and I ordered a set of Italian cocktail tables which arrived in perfect condition and much faster than estimated by several weeks! Product as described on the Modloft website was exactly as we received it. Also, during this time many vendors try to get your business by estimating unrealistic delivery dates. So, I had to write a positive review about this much better than expected experience!

I absolutely love my Reade Sectional sofa in Opal. It's buttery soft and and very comfortable. I reached out to Modloft twice with design questions regarding pillows and a coffee table and their design staff was wonderful about getting back to me with suggestions. I also have two Monroe beds and a Modloft entertainment cabinet that we really like. Their pieces are excellent quality and worth the wait.

Well… they took forever to deliver my furniture and light fixtures. But once it’s here is just perfect. The quality is really good and the design is so modern.

I've just placed my first (and large order of 9 pieces) and have had a superior experience so far, worthy of me writing a review before even receiving the furniture. Before I placed the order I called to find out when the Black Friday sale would end and was concerned about ordering too early as I am remodeling the condo where the furniture will be delivered. I was told that ModLoft would work with me on the shipping and could hold the pieces for up to 3 months. I placed the order and called the next day and spoke with customer service regarding delaying delivery. They were very courteous and helpful and told me I would receive updates and could call back when I knew more about the remodel status. Also when ordering, there was a free mattress offer if a bed, dresser and 2 nightstands were ordered. The mattress was to be automatically added to the order if requirements were met, but in my case was not. I think it's because the nightstands were classified as end tables but they were made to go with the Ludlow bed. I mentioned this to the person I spoke with, and he added the mattress to the order. The next day I received an email asking if they could ship in stock items. The communication and responsiveness has been like no other retail company I have purchased from before. The ModLoft website is beautiful, easy to navigate, and the pictures and reviews were incredibly helpful in giving me the comfort to makes such a large online furniture purchase. Class act company. Can't wait to see the furniture!

I have never written review for anything so far but I wanted to write it for Modloft since I had a very good customer service experience. I recently placed an order for king size bedframe and right from the order placement till delivery the customer service experience was wonderful whenever I tried to reach them for updates. I was pregnant when I placed the order for bed and I needed it real bad. When the bed got delivered, one of the bedframe part came off while the delivery guys was trying to get inside my home and they said they would get me a replacement. When I reached Modloft about it, they were very kind and generous to let me keep the bed till I get the replacement. The email and phone response is very prompt and satisfactory every time we reach out to them. They always get into our shoes and give response to our problem which is very much appreciated. I have purchased a lot of furniture from Modloft, due to the supply shortage, the deliveries were made into many times. I have no complaints at all since the excellent service I got from Daniel is just a breeze, he always answers my questions rapidly and eased my mind that I knew when I would get my pieces. I love their sleek, elegant design and I got so many compliments on the lounge chairs, the beds, nightstands, outdoor sofa and TV media table!
