I love Modloft furniture/design/quality, but BEST OF ALL is this company and people and customer service. I have several pieces of furniture from Modloft and waiting on delivery for a few more. The attention to detail, quality of product/materials, amazing designs are some of my favorite things about Modloft. However after my recent customer experience I will rate the customer service over everything else with 10 starts if I could. Right after placing an order (worth bed in this case) receiving a personal email from customer service with their information is amazing. I got email notification when bed shipped as well. There was a delay in receiving the bed because of carrier, but Ryan was so helpful and positively helpful throughout the process. I receive the bed, and its what I ordered apparently but was not loving it, Ryan put all my worries to ease and is swapping the bed with the color combination I actually want (walnut & white). Working with Ryan is such a breeze and easy and positive. Thank you so much Modloft for existing and Most of all for having amazing people in your company.

After years of use dining and sharing wine with friends the feet plugs on our Mayfair chairs finally wore down. Ryan gave the extra effort to find and ship us the replacements quickly. Thanks Modloft for many more years of good times.

I ordered a 3 piece sectional and it looks fabulous! I should've ordered the 2 piece because its larger than I thought it would be, but I just put the middle piece in my basement. It looks perfect! Modloft does not disappoint. Thanks Ryan for the awesome customer service.

I love the Chelsea California King Bed It adds to the luxury of the modern look I was trying to achieve in the master Bedroom., The Sales staff kept me in formed thru out the delivery process, Ryan, my contact sales rep was so helpful and calming thru these difficult times and assured me when the delivery was to happen. We really like the quality and look of the products! Unfortunately, they carry a limited amount of product in inventory and it takes a long time to get the merchandise!

Love the bed but delivery was late., Getting ready to put my son in bed and delivery truck pulls up at 9:30 never got a phone call or text Also sent a Emil but nobody ever got back with me. Both boxes were busted open and head board was scratch. Maybe if I order something else that’s expensive from here shipping would be better but oh well.

Excellent coffee table, very stylish. A little low to the ground (only 12" tall) but works with our setup. Minor delivery issues - ordered this and 2 side tables, one of side tables damaged, replacement immediately sent, arrived in a few days.

We have now bought several items from Modloft and their products are definitely well made and well designed. They always seems better in person than in a pic. Had some minor delivery issues but Audrey Bedell was just amazing at taking care of everything and providing great customer service. Would surely recommend the company and their products.

It has been a very pleasurable and satisfactory experience dealing with the staff at Modloft , I ordered several pieces and they were very helpful with both helping me choose and ensuring that delivery went according to schedule . I ordered a bed and upon ordering it said ships in 4-5 business days. Which was true. However the delivery schedule (third party company) was just terrible canceling my scheduled appt several times. Until I finally spoke with Audrey Bedell who make things right and had bed delivered the next morning upon hearing my complaint.

I bout 2 bat stools and before they arrive, my husband realized they were the wrong height for our counter. Audrey is helping me as I write. You guys have an Excellent Customer Service! Thank you!
