Our new sofa is more than amazing!
We were so nervous about buying a sofa online and although I loved the style of my old sofa, it just wasn’t very comfortable. When we saw the Reade sectional online, we called and ask some detailed questions and got great support. When it arrived, the delivery team was very considerate and accommodating and I just couldn’t believe how gorgeous this sofa is! And it’s very comfortable! We absolutely loved our experience the entire way through and love the results even more! Thank you Modloft. Customers for life!

Horrible assembly instructions
The assembly of this Haru bed has been a nightmare. Absolute nightmare. The instruction manual has been incredibly poorly composed. Honestly, I’m on the verge of asking for a refund. I’ve done carpentry and have put dozens of these together and this has been horrible. There’s two parts to the platform and I’m pretty positive the bottom part doesn’t connect with the top and I’ve already taken this thing apart and put it together twice. Waste of time and money. It’s taken 5 hours of my day. There’s better stuff elsewhere at this price.

Some of this falls on the carrier some of this falls on Modloft. Had white glove delivery scheduled and they dropped off 3 of 4 pieces. On a Friday. They found the missing piece, but cannot come out until the following week. Cannot will-call at the warehouse without Modloft approval and customer service at Modloft cannot do anything except escalate the issue which I should hear back on Monday. Normally this may not be a big deal, but it's a replacement bed that we tore apart the original the night prior for this Friday delivery, and my partner is a teacher with limited time off to wait and I leave town on business for a week. We are scrambling, but nobody seems to want to resolve this until next week even though we are willing to get the part and forgo the white glove installation.

I bought the worth king bed in white eco leather and walnut. The bed looks amazing, so classy and it seems like the wood is good quality. Had a great experience with price adjustment and exchange. Michelle helped me through the process and she was very pleasant. I definitely recommend this bed it’s a bit low but the look of it makes up for it.

Product Defect
I was very excited for my couch from modloft after looking extensively for a good couch. unfortunately the couch was a great disappointment- the design of the couch has the back cushions ripping at the seems, the material on the couch is piling everywhere and couch has only been in use for under 6 months. Their team has currently been very unsupportive and unhelpful to offer any solutions to the defective couch I received. Their suggestion was to sew the seems of the cushions… Extremely unprofessional customer service for a $5000 couch.. on top of the horrible service, I waited forever three weeks to hear back from them to get that useless solution. To give some background - only two people use the couch, no pets nor house guests ever use it and it is already extremely in horrible condition. I would not recommend and truly regret purchasing with them. You will get a much better quality couch anywhere else.

It Hi or Miss for me at Modloft
Modloft has some pretty cool furniture. I have had the pleasure of buying a couple of pieces of furniture. The stantom dinning chairs I had to return cause they were smaller than I thought, my fault, mambo rug, I totally love, the Kensington side table, I love and my continued sadness, Kensington Coffee Table. Over the last year or so, This table has ben redeliveries to me 3 times damaged. I think they were trying to get rid of inventory and all they have is the damaged products . 2 of them came with the corners damaged and 1 came with the 1 leg wobbly. What I didn't like was that their customer service acted like it wasn't a big deal and kept offering me money to take it as is. Why will I pay $1600 for something damaged. This was not once, not twice but 3 times. I even asked if they could tell me someone who could fix it and no help there. I still have to find somewhere to buy the similar coffee table because they have refused to put me on a list for a new one for some reason. Modloft furniture Design 5 stars, Modloft Build Quality 2 stars, Customer service 1 star ( I think that's the lowest I can go)

I like it firm!
I bought 2 gorgeous Essex Couches for my newly built contemporary house. The color Opala is a little bit light Grey, a little bit Clay and it goes well with the rest of my furniture. The Couches are super firm and it will probably not deform over time. I needed 2 guys to carry and assemble everything because it was heavy. The leather is excellent, the metal legs are beautiful. Overall, I'm satisfied with the Couches, the delivery, costumer service and I will buy again from Modloft. By the way, I bought it online without seeing it in person.

Damaged Product
First time when I heard about Modloft I was so excited to buy their contemporary style products. After a bit of research, I and my wife decided to buy a media console from Modloft which is a bit expensive as compared to others. My initial feedback about Product shipping. After we placed an order, they deliver the product as committed. He is fun part started when we received the media console table product damaged and immediately took pictures and shared them with Modloft. They have raised a request for the replacement product and took 4-6 weeks to get the replacement product. When it arrived the replacement product it is damaged again. This time more damage around multiple places and even bolts came out. The same painful process followed again the second time. It took another 4-6 weeks for the replacement product to arrive. This is third-time replacement product came and fortunately, it is in good shape. My sincere advice is when you buy anything with Modloft you may not be surprised if you receive a damaged product. My second feedback about the Product Quality. Product quality so far is very good, but it is pricy too. Customer service is ok, but they have a huge disconnect between the shipping company and the Modloft. You need to stay on top of your product issues, they won't call you and find out about the product quality or any other matters.

Not great experience
We placed our order last August, and received the order yesterday. I suppose a 9 month lead time is not unheard of in this post-Covid time fraught with supply chain issues. However, the Fed Ex freight deliverer called to say he would only do a curb drop of a $2,400 bench, not come in the driveway, let alone bring it into the house. The crate weighed 168 pounds and he said if we had wanted White Glove service, we should have asked for it... plus pony up another $400! Not a satisfying conclusion to a much anticipated order.

Spruce Modular sofa
I absolutely love the quality, feel, and comfort of my Spruce modular sofa pieces! They exceed expectations. I got them to replace a Restoration Hardware piece that I moved from my living room to my basement. I thought the new sofa’s quality might be a little lower than RH modern, as the Spruce was not quite as expensive, but to my surprise, it looks and feels just as good, if not better than what it replaced. I’m a fan!
