ModCloth has been very helpful and easy to work with. My original order was all too small. I found the exchange and return process very easy.

Love things that don’t look like what everyone else has! Shipping was reasonable and so far I am pleased with the quality.

While I have like the clothing from there in the past, everything in this this order was too small and ran very small based on things I’ve purchased in these sizes before and unfortunately, they were final sale items.

I am such a longtime customer and fan, but this return policy is terrible. I understand final sale on sale items, but why is there such a huge fee to return? Makes me scared to keep buying from you.

Honestly a real bummer as a longtime client and very vocal supporter of Modcloth to have this go the way it did.

The clothes are great, but I was not aware that my clothes were being mailed from different countries and that I would have to pay over $40 in duties for a pair of pants coming from Australiathat I was not aware of. Give a notice or something on your website! The sizing for the sweater was off by a lot too. I had to exchange it. Loved my goose pants so much.

Horrible experience. I never received my order and I got zero replies to my status inquiries. I wish I’d researched the complaints about this company before ever placing my first order. I will be contacting my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau. Disgraceful.

I bought a sweater for my daughter's birthday. Then, without any warning from ModCloth, DHL texted me that I could not receive it unless I paid them a tariff of approximately $50. I thought it was a scam until my daughter's sweater did not arrive on time. Sorry, but I consider $89 for a sweater high in and of itself. Adding another $50 for a tariff was ridiculous. If it had not been for my daughter specifically asking for that sweater, I would have refused to pay the tariff. So, unfortunately, I will not be buying from ModCloth again. I could have gotten her 3 nice sweaters for that price, here. I am aware that ModCloth has nothing to do with tariffs, however, the business is going to lose customers in USA.

ModCloth has been a go-to for good quality fashion for years now. Customer service has always been great but this last time it’s e-mail only for assistance and the responses felt curt and impersonal. Just not what my experience has been in the past that keeps me coming back as a customer. I wanted to exchange an item but almost my entire order showed “final sale” which they were not. This was fixed and I was able to get the size I wanted but the process was tedious

I had to pay an extra $57 in tariffs because some items are shipped from Australia. Not ordering again.
