My dress is shipped so fast! I decided to return one. It was cute and fit well. I just decided it wasn’t for me. I had paid the extra couple dollars for easy return through Shop. It couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend doing that if you think there’s a chance you could return something.

Refused to send a missing part of the dress I bought!

So many great dresses! The return policy blows, even when I pay for the $4 "free" returns fee. If I am paying for a "free" return, I should have at least 90 days, not 30, to process a return or exchange, especially when I don't get all my items at once. Also, the sizing/fit can be pretty inconsistent for the Modcloth label, even within the same dress but across patterns. Despite my two star experience, I keep shopping.

Not the easiest website to shop or do returns. Not used to the handling fee either.

My order never arrived and I have sent SEVERAL emails about it and no one has deemed it important enough to reply. This was a$150+ order and I’ve received nothing. Don’t shop here.

It took two months to find out I would not end up getting my order. Modcloth did refund me but now I am unable to re-order some things as they have sold out.
