I Love my new poka dot shirt wear it all the time

I'm glad i paid the fee for returning it because it is too long for my 5'5" height. It would need to be shortened maybe 3 or 4 inches and that would be hard because of the way the flowers are embroidered on the skirt. It would be great for tall people

My dress is shipped so fast! I decided to return one. It was cute and fit well. I just decided it wasn’t for me. I had paid the extra couple dollars for easy return through Shop. It couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend doing that if you think there’s a chance you could return something.

Refused to send a missing part of the dress I bought!

So many great dresses! The return policy blows, even when I pay for the $4 "free" returns fee. If I am paying for a "free" return, I should have at least 90 days, not 30, to process a return or exchange, especially when I don't get all my items at once. Also, the sizing/fit can be pretty inconsistent for the Modcloth label, even within the same dress but across patterns. Despite my two star experience, I keep shopping.

Not the easiest website to shop or do returns. Not used to the handling fee either.
