Shipping is a little long but easy returns and exchanges.

The sweater I bought is adorable, soft, and true to size. . . but it took a while to arrive, and after one wash (following care instructions) it's already pilling. Given the price I paid, I'm disappointed. I'm also disappointed to see that ModCloth chose not publish a previous version of this review.

I have not heard back from CS about my return. Ive been expecting an email since Monday

I'd been really frustrated with my last Modcloth order, but they totally turned it around! The item actually arrived two days early and was packaged with minimal waste! We love to see it :)

Overall happy with the dress, but was on a time crunch which is why I paid for next day shipping. That got delayed but thankfully it did arrive in time for my purposes. I was annoyed to find little pink spots of ink in different spots of the dress but I understand that it is a final sale product.
