Almost every button on the garments I purchased fell right off during my first day of wearing them. It's not like there was anything pulling on them either. They just fell off. It seems like they were barely sewn on. Very disappointed with the quality of the manufacturing.

I first started shopping at ModCloth years ago, when it was a brand new company. I loved the uniquely named clothing and adorable dresses. The orders used to arrive promptly and felt special the whole way through. This most recent time was the first time I’ve shopped at ModCloth in a while. The experience has shifted distinctly. Now I feel like my clothing shipped directly from China and the quality is lower than I remember it being before. I’m not in a hurry to shop at ModCloth again.

The sweater I bought is adorable, soft, and true to size. . . but it took a while to arrive, and after one wash (following care instructions) it's already pilling. Given the price I paid, I'm disappointed. I'm also disappointed to see that ModCloth chose not publish a previous version of this review.
