I have always had good experiences with Modcloth and when I see something I like, I will usually order it.

I am a long time client of ModCloth - for the cute close and the large size options.

Long shipping time. Not inexpensive. I use to order from ModCloth quite a bit but I can see quite a large increase in pricing

I love Modcloth.

Most of the clothes here are still decent quality. Unfortunately, fast fashion is has so run amok that many materials are flimsy. I'm still happy with Mod Cloth, but I can tell the quality isn't 100% what it was 5+ years ago on some items. Please don't fall prey to the fast fashion monster. I'd rather pay more for quality clothes that don't fall apart. Source your materials from reputable places, and also watch for any dye changes. Some items I've been getting from a variety of places have been using textiles with dyes that are causing itchy skin. I never had this in my life. It's not just one or two places, but there have been quite a few (not all, which means I know it's not just me). Continue to do a good job and I'll stick around as a customer.

Overall my experience was Good. I am still annoyed at having to pay $47 for duties from a DHL shipment that came from Australia; for a shipment that I to return because the sizing was wrong. I wish I did more research to know where the items were shipping from.

i liked two of the three dresses but returned one on the exact day i received it. I still haven't received any refund yet even though the post office scanned it a week ago. . . a little stressed
