Generally great, but I hate that when I purchase with both a gift card and a credit card, the money is refunded to the gift card instead of the credit card first. It always feels underhanded when a company forces me to spend more money with them later rather than program the computer system to return to credit cards first.

I have bought things thru out the years. I have not been disappointed. The quality of the clothing is great. I like that you offer generous sizes. The picture of the item you see, Is what you receive. No surprises.

I have purchased from you before and the product was amazing however both items I purchased this time were sized weirdly, the sleeves were way too short and the jacket was extremely small even though I bought my regular size, also the sweater took so long to ship and then a month to receive but the jacket was received in about a week and a half

Website not easy to use. Made me select my cookie preferences 4 times during my browsing. At holiday time I tried to order a skirt- put it in cart multiple times but it inexplicably would not let me complete order. So all in all the website experience is below average.

Incredibly easy to work with

I had to take my overalls to a seamstress to repair the zipper only to finally get to wear them again and the button popped off. Cheap material for $70 bib slacks with an additional $35 for a seamstress. What a joke.
