I give Marie who was so helpful over the phone 5 stars. I give the product 4 stars only because I was not informed the material would stain with color products. Expense but so beautiful and had no clue they would stain so after it was too late we ordered to clear covers to protect the rest of them. Over all the service was outstanding and the product beautiful.

I ordered a massage/esthetician bed from Minerva about one month ago. When it arrived, there was some minor cosmetic damage to the table from the manufacturer. Emily at Minerva was able to rectify the situation immediately. She went above and beyond to fix the issue. I wish she could fix the delivery people though. lol! I purchased new stations and reception desk for my salon. I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the pieces I received. Shipping was fast, there were some very minor cosmetic issues but Arieanna resolved it quickly. I highly recommend Minerva for all your salon needs.

I’d ordered a new salon chair with an electrical base. The seat plate didn’t line up with the bracket. Total pain, however the lady I was working with did try her best to help me. After sending photos and video of it not alining up she was able to send me a universal bracket. Should receive this soon, I’m definitely ready to have this beautiful chair in my salon.
