I ordered a massage/esthetician bed from Minerva about one month ago. When it arrived, there was some minor cosmetic damage to the table from the manufacturer. Emily at Minerva was able to rectify the situation immediately. She went above and beyond to fix the issue. I wish she could fix the delivery people though. lol! Based on the great customer service experience with Emily, I’ll order from Minerva again in the near future

I purchased new stations and reception desk for my salon. I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the pieces I received. Shipping was fast, there were some very minor cosmetic issues but Arieanna resolved it quickly. I highly recommend Minerva for all your salon needs.

I’d ordered a new salon chair with an electrical base. The seat plate didn’t line up with the bracket. Total pain, however the lady I was working with did try her best to help me. After sending photos and video of it not alining up she was able to send me a universal bracket. Should receive this soon, I’m definitely ready to have this beautiful chair in my salon. We went through my order line by line to make sure I had all the correct info and review lead times! She went through all the steps with me with when I will receive my order, etc. . . super helpful!! I had dealt with Ariana from costover service she was great and very helpful, I had a station in mirror that came damaged and they had told me as of today12-4-20023 They will be sending me a mirror and station at no cost. I tried to order styling chairs online from this site and ran into an issue trying to get a quote for shipping. I called Minerva as requested and was directed to Brandon who was very thorough and helped me with my order. He was so great with everything. Even offered me a discount early for black Friday so we wouldn’t have to wait a couple of days to order The order took less than 2 weeks which was under estimated deliver as it was being shipped to Canada. Unfortunately, one of the bases were damaged during shipping so I emailed Brandon and promptly connected me with Emily. Emily resolved our issue immediately once she receive proof of damage she offered to ship us a new base free of charge. Can’t thank the Minerva team enough with how easy you made the experience. We will definitely order from this supplier again
