Furnished my new salon with the new dark bark brown salon chairs and shampoo bowls. I’m absolutely obsessed with them. So comfortable and beautiful.

Love the chair part but I am short and didn’t realize you can order a shorter base so now I’m stuck with a styling chair base that is too high and it’s made my job a little harder! The quality and comfort of the seat is great but wish I had understood that ahead of ordering. The shipping was almost the cost of the chair so I knew sending it back wasn’t a good option. Just assumed all bases were equivalent.

Shipping is too expensive for what you get, took them 3 months to get my products to me, and no incentive either for having to wait so long.

I have had some issues recently and Thomas was a pleasure to work with. He always got back to me with a resolution. He went over and beyond and extremely happy with the results. Thank you again!

All the ordering went smoothly. I love my avanti sink it’s beautiful and comfortable. The only issues I had was it was difficult to hook up to residential plumbing as it is outfitted for commercial. But my plumber eventually figured it out. And save your packaging on your accessories you buy in case you need to return it.

After I put the chair together found it was too bulky and didnt fit my height at all. It also has a lining around the rim that DOES NOT STAY on. Ofcourse im told Im unable to return it and now im stuck with a chair that is not practical for me yippee. afirst and Last Purchase from Minerva Never again

Minerva had a massive sale a few days after I ordered my styling chair that cost $150 to ship. I messaged them and asked for them to honor the sale and no contacted me. I bought my shampoo bowl somewhere else bc of it. My styling chair is pretty.

As most salon owners who are working tirelessly to meet deadlines, I was quite stressed. Thankfully, Adriana was able to place my order and answer my 100 questions. I am looking forward to receiving my 6 lunet chairs and shampoo bowls.

I love my new chair! It’s big, has great lumbar support and a pretty decent cushion. I only have two complaints. I wish there was a protective cover for this specific chair because no generic ones will fit it. I also wish it didn’t sit as tall as it does bc I’m on the shorter side.

I had previously wrote about trucking company losing our pallet and that Minerva did not help us locate it as we are on very tight schedule! Madison at Minerva has stepped up and getting things done! The pallet has been found and we are very happy Will and plan to buy again!
