I love this styling chair . I unfortunately, after six months of use started having problems with the chairs with the hydraulics and the swivel components on the base. I contacted customer service and dealt with Emily. Emily was such a delight to work with and she remedied the problem immediately. Can’t thank Emily enough for her help. Fantastic customer service!

I am so beyond blessed to have found this place. I went to the showroom which was so worth it! Seeing the equipment first hand was exactly what I needed. Macey was more than beyond helpful and has been through this process. I cannot express how happy I am with not only my equipment but the service that I received at Minerva. Opening my first salon was already a bit scary and Macey made me feel so welcomed and I knew that I was making the right choice by visiting their showroom. I definitely recommend people to fly out to their showroom because it was so worth it!

I am opening up a barbershop in two weeks and the opportunity literally just fell on my lap a few weeks ago, so I’m trying to get a lot done and a short period of time. I was given two different references from multiple people on places I could buy Barbershop equipment in the Metro Atlanta area. I contacted the first one which is only 40 minutes away from me just because I didn’t wanna have to drive far. Upon contacting them the customer service over the phone was terrible along with very short email reply answers. Then I got to reading the reviews and I figured out quickly there is a reason why the reviews were not happy with their experience. I saw first hand how they were very unapproachable. I said all of that to say I then called Minerav and I spoke with Angie on the phone. She was very polite and answered every question that I needed and was so easy to deal with. I told her I would be driving two hours the following day to pick up two barber chairs and could she possibly work with me on pricing. She wrote me up a quote and emailed it to me within five minutes . The pricing was cheaper than the place mentioned above. For me it was a no-brainer. Angie then instructed me that she would not be in the office tomorrow, but to just come in and someone there would help me. Sure enough, I was greeted by Marie who is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She walked me through many different barber chairs and answered lots of questions for me. I was there a total of probably 45 minutes from start to finish and I left with two barber chairs along with two barber mats. The price was good, the interaction was good and the gentleman who loaded up the chairs in my trailer was good. I cannot recommend them enough and I will take that 2 Hour drive again hopefully when I get my third barber within the next year.

I received my chair quickly and was very happy with the quality. The chair was missing two bolts and after calling the customer service number, Courtney had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes! Super impressive customer service!

I give Marie who was so helpful over the phone 5 stars. I give the product 4 stars only because I was not informed the material would stain with color products. Expense but so beautiful and had no clue they would stain so after it was too late we ordered to clear covers to protect the rest of them. Over all the service was outstanding and the product beautiful.
