Claudia in Customer Service was very responsive to our needs, acted quickly and with great kindness! Minerva has a great team who know how to take care of their customers and needs with excellence!

Alisa was very helpful and pleasant. I was using a voucher so it was a different process and she was efficient and very nice!

I had such a great experience working with Alisa! She assisted me online while I was purchasing equipment for my salon and made the process so easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions quickly. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude. It felt like she truly cared about helping me get exactly what I needed. I would absolutely recommend working with Alisa—thank you for making everything such a smooth experience!

Love my new chairs and shampoo bowls. I had one chair arrive with a small rip and customer service was so easy to work with and sent me a replacement right away. They made it so simple. Assembly of the chairs and shampoo systems was also quick and easy to follow the instructions!

Macie was such a great help with our purchasing Salon Chairs. I called her many times to ask questions and have her measure the specs for me. She went to her Supervisor and asked for a discount which we appreciated very much. It is wonderful to have someone help you and it not just be about upselling us. Thank you Macie and we look forward to working with you again.

I’m writing on behalf of Jonas Marc Studios and The Refinery Salon & Barber co. This is our third time purchasing from Minerva and we can’t say enough about how wonderful and helpful Justin and Rachel have been. From ordering to shipping , they have been extremely patient and responsive with all of our questions . The quality of their products can’t be beat . The chairs are gorgeous and comfortable. The styling station are beautiful. Thank you Justin for helping with our shipping dilemma and working with us. You are best

I needed one more double sided station to add to my existing 7. And I needed 4 more styling chairs. Ordering was a breeze. Shipping was extremely fast! Great work!!

I love my Vantage shampoo bowl. It's got a decently sized chair for larger bottoms so it makes sitting in it so much more comfortable. The bowl moves easily and is comfortable as well. I just bought a second one when I expanded my salon because I loved it.

I highly recommend this chair! Just about every client comments on how comfy this chair is. It's extra wide so it's super comfortable even for larger clients. I absolutely love this chair. I just ordered two more when I expanded my salon.

Great Customer Service. Super Helpful.

I had to return my items from Florida, thankfully it wasn't to far from the return address (Georgia), but it still cost me $100. 00 to be able to return my items which were 2 Verona Salon trolleys and 1 Aluminum accessory holder. Not only is it expensive to ship out but they don't even offer you a shipping label. They only provide instructions which include requiring a signature at the delivery which added $25. 00 to my total at UPS. Just make sure you do your research about any product you may be buying from here because the return process is lengthy and expensive.

The products I recieved was a great look and feel for my shop great company

Hate the machine awful quality waste of 1200$

I ordered 5 stations, and have not one that is in fully presentable condition after less than a month. They are cheap, and easily broken. The finish on the drawers started peeling after a week of use. The handles do not stay on and one station has several handles that could not be screwed in.

Claudia was great! Very clear directions on how to fix my issue.

Quality good. The stool doesn't go as high as I anticipated.

I recently bought 3 salon chairs about 2 months ago. They were supposed to be the same as my previous ones, which I loved. These seemed to be cheaper quality. The bases don’t seem as sturdy and the chairs wobble. I am disappointed because this was not an inexpensive purchase for me.

Not happy with the chairs they're not stable. I need to replace them. I don't think they are safe for customers.

I love my new salon chair as does all my clients and floor mat. Great price ordering was easy and delivery was fast great products. I highly recommend this company for your salon needs.
