Hate the machine awful quality waste of 1200$

I ordered 5 stations, and have not one that is in fully presentable condition after less than a month. They are cheap, and easily broken. The finish on the drawers started peeling after a week of use. The handles do not stay on and one station has several handles that could not be screwed in.

Quality good. The stool doesn't go as high as I anticipated.

I recently bought 3 salon chairs about 2 months ago. They were supposed to be the same as my previous ones, which I loved. These seemed to be cheaper quality. The bases don’t seem as sturdy and the chairs wobble. I am disappointed because this was not an inexpensive purchase for me.

Not happy with the chairs they're not stable. I need to replace them. I don't think they are safe for customers.

I love my new salon chair as does all my clients and floor mat. Great price ordering was easy and delivery was fast great products. I highly recommend this company for your salon needs.

Ordered the Murano Styling Chair in caramel and I have to say, it’s my favorite chair I’ve ever worked from. My clients all love it, it’s size inclusive, easy to clean, and there’s even enough space for a lumbar pillow if needed. I got the powder coat black base as well, and overall the chair has exceeded my expectations.

Customer service was top notch. I ordered a Sam Villa chair. There was a defect. I called during open hours. Got someone immediately, they sent me to customer service. Never put on hold. The lady had me send a video, I did, and immediately sent a replacement. I will forever buy from them from now on.

Met Macey Henry at the BTC hairshow and she gave me her contact and responded super quick on replacing and sending me new wheels for my stool! Loved how easy and quick the process was. She was super helpful and informative! 10/10 recommend!
