I have bought many pieces of Michael Aram directly or from Bloomindales. I rather buy from on line sight. My last order included a free gift which was missing from the packing box. As of today I have not received my free mirror. I notified via email.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The promo code was clearly applied at checkout and reflected in the total before I placed my order. However, immediately after completing the payment, the discount disappeared and I was charged a significantly higher amount. I specifically chose my items based on this promotion and spent a considerable amount of time making my selections. Changing the total after payment feels extremely misleading and unprofessional.

I saw the frame on Bravo’s Housewives of Potomac and had to have it!! Framed our 4th Anniversary of Marriage photo in the frame.

We purchased 2 picture frames for an engagement gift. Had them sent to the prospective bride. There is no place to include a gift card and was told they do not do gift cards. That is unacceptable. Will not order from this site again.
