I bought it as a gift for my friend in Chicago and the size and design is really charming. Sadly I cannot buy your products from your website for overseas .

I’m very disappointed with Michael Aram’s response. I’ve been a customer for many years and own more than 30 pieces, many of which have held up beautifully. Recently, I received several items as gifts that developed corrosion after very little use. I sent photos and asked whether the items could be exchanged, but was told they could not help without proof of purchase. Because these were gifts, I don’t have the receipts. I understand the need for a warranty policy, but I wish the company had offered another way to review what appears to be a quality issue. This experience has been especially disappointing given how much I’ve loved and supported the brand over the years.

Love these and all the products I’ve purchased from Michael Aram. Truly unique pieces of art

I use this set every day and it makes me happy whenever I use it

Beautiful and elegant! The quality is excellent, and the design looks even better in person. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

As always a pleasure to purchase from Michael Aram. The picture frame was a wedding gift.

Fabulous!

bad customer support. never answered my messages! I called very often and when i received an answer it was different from the other before.

Customer service great. Resolved all problems

We are definitely very dissatisfied with the service we have received from you guys. We need some to advise how to send the defective unopened package back for full refund.

Delivered safely and in a timely manner

Absolutely beautiful dinnerware! Elegant design, great quality, and even more beautiful in person. I love it!

It was in perfect condition, it was a gift so I don’t have a photo. But the black granite was beautiful with the contrast of white cheeses and fruit and crackers.
