I had no difficulty ordering from Michael Aram. When I received the items, they were extremely well packed. All the items were in excellent condition with no damage. The entire process was so easy.

Customer service (for a previous return of a duplicate gift - no flaws!) was responsive and fantastic. My store credit purchase was shipped immediately and arrived in 2 days - amazing!!

I am extremely disappointed in a company that makes beautiful pieces but once sold doesn’t stand by the product for repairs. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of Michael Aram as I am a realtor and I give his products as closing gifts to my clients. Will think better of it going forward because if a company doesn’t stand by their products, how good are they?

While I was able to complete my online order effectively, and while Jessica was prompt and courteous in her response to my inquiry, my customer support experience was difficult enough to submit a negative rating. In particular the MA representative I asked for assistance when I 1st attempted to place my order was not attentive, unhelpful, lacked knowledge and was most noticeably dismissive. She did not seem to care whether or not I placed a nearly $500 order. Other than ordering from a Zolla registry this particular time, I see no reason why I would want to consider MA in the future for any reason.

I genuinely regret purchasing this Soap Dispenser. Not only did the product fail almost immediately, but customer support completely ignored my concerns. Two of the Soap Dispensers I bought developed issues right after the first use — both of them developed holes in the body after I filled them with liquid soap, even though I used a very high-quality soap. For a product that is supposed to be durable, this is totally unacceptable. Before contacting support, I searched on Google and saw that many other people have reported the exact same issue. So this problem is not just happening to me — it’s a recurring issue that the company should already be aware of. What makes it worse is that I received no useful response or assistance. My service is incomplete, the items are defective, and all I wanted was guidance on how to prevent this issue if I decided to purchase a new Soap Dispenser. But I received no help at all. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. Poor quality, poor durability, and poor customer service. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
