The item you sent was in good condition. However, there is one issue: when people order this product as a gift, there is no branded bag included. Because of this, it can feel slightly uncomfortable when trying to present it as a gift in a more presentable way. Thank you.

Wonderful experience+

I love Michael Aram’s designs and have decorated several rooms including the bathrooms with his artwork and pieces.

Great Products!!!

I ordered these chandeliers as a wedding gift for a good friend. It was delivered on time and, most importantly, my friend and her husband were very happy with their gift.

Great professional service in shipping my orders. Two items were missing but when I contacted customer service, they shipped missing item right away.
