Only had Aids for a week. Max. volume without whistling is (3) Have not got used to tinny sound and amplified chewing etc noises from inside the mouth. Did not hear much difference between aids in and out when watching tv. background noise was not very well filtered out at program (4) when at restaurant . Will have to use for a while longer to evaluate hearing aids.
I have used both the Volt and Volt Max and have been very satisfied with the service by the ND Hearing staff. They have always answered my phone calls and emails timely. Every staff member was knowledgeable and readily offering tips and solutions. They were also quick offer replacements when necessary.
I like these hearing aids except for the ear tips. They only come with one set which seems kind of cheap. I think the one size fits all is not like fitting a hat on your head. The comfort tips they come with are anything but. I have a small ear opening and these tips really hurt by after forcing them into your ear. Ended up ordering smaller tips from them which I imagine a lot of people do which just adds extra expense you don’t need.

My return was seamless, thanks to Debi. I had no problem with quality of the hearing aids themselves, but I needed to return them because my ear canals are too tiny for the smallest version of the product.

Everyone pays attention to the patient. They go out of the way to make your journey easy and quick. You receive your hearing aids within a few days. Then they will help you with any problems and concerns.
It’s been two weeks now. My father loves his hearing aids. He loves being able to adjust the settings on the app. But I think our favorite part was that it was so affordable.
Seems to work when correctly placed in the ear which sometimes is a challenge. The correct settings is sometimes a challenge as well as the plastic cap which are black. I would prefer the transparent ones
I am frustrated. I like the hearing aids but I can't use the app. every time I want to use the Dashboard, it won't let me in. Instead it sends me a massage that either the left or right hearing aid cannot be found. This does not allow me to use the app to change the setting or raise or lower the volume. When I push the "Search again" button, it doesn't work. I keep getting the same message even though I'm either wearing the aids or they are in the charger case. This makes no sense.
My wife tells me she is glad I got them, because we can have conversations in a moving car now. Me, the feedback and settings I struggle with. No matter how many times I punch the buttons, they sound the same level to me. I cannot understand the sermons at church, I take them out multiple times to punch the button, hold it for 3 seconds, etc. I guess I need to re-watch the videos. Website, Service, and Package were very good.
Good service that got the job done.
So far I love them. I'm still learning how to cut them up a little louder when I need it. . I'm very satisfied with my new hearing aids. .
Not happy
Received the aides on 7/30 have been practicing and am getting use to them. Have been getting some feedback but that can be expected. I’m trying to sink them up to my phone, haven’t been able to do it yet.
