More brands you might like

I've been trying for at least 10 years to find the hearing aids that worked the best for me, all from MDHearing. Some were too big, some didn't stay in one ear (my left ear canal is weird). , some didn't work for me with constant feedback. I always felt the Volts worked better for me, but they were too big. The Volt 4 is smaller, with shorter tubing, They stay in my ears well, and I can hear better than with any other style you carry! I'm finally happy.

This company has the best customer service I have ever worked with. They will take care of a request very quickly and efficiently. They will do what it takes to resolve your hearing aid issues; it’s a group of people that enjoy doing their jobs.
I've been wearing hearing aids for a number of years now. Everything from very inexpensive to reasonably expensive. I must say that the volt4 has exceeded my expectations. Especially when you consider the price. The customer service is super. From the time I ordered I've been contacted about what I wanted and needed, and how I am doing with fit. The best thing is on my walk this morning I came with in 100 yds. of a small flowing river and for the first time in years I heard the water flowing over the rocks. Am I satisfied? You bet.

I purchased my hearing aids from MDHearing and couldn’t be more pleased! They fit discretely in my ears and are easy to adjust the volume and profile. Great price and excellent customer service in settings them up. I would highly recommend MDHearing.

I have been using only MD aids for over seventeen years after using and being dissatisfied with the "expensive, professional" in the ear aids. MD aids for me worked better, were less expensive, and enabled me to lead a more nearly normal life again. At the moment, I am looking forward to getting the new Volt 4.
After trying about four different “in the ear” that didn’t work for me, I was ready to give up on hearing aids, altogether. But then I decided to try the behind the ear style. Let me tell you, the Volt 4 has been a game changer! I absolutely love them. I am 80 years old and I am hearing like I am in my 20s. Thank you, MD Hearing.

I was very skeptical at first all on line etc. But this has been a exciting and easy and reasonable approach to hearing again all the post I have been sent . Very nicely done ,and I never realized what I have been missing out on and I can hear well. I have been told super nurse has bionic ears now. So glad I have done this ty for giving my hearing back.
I decided to buy hearing aids from MD Hearing because of a independent review that rated MD Hearing's after-sale support as excellent. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about support from a company that is totally online, with no in-person contact. But I have found that review to be spot on. I have gotten very detailed, quick, specific help from MD's staff audiologists, which have solved some problems unique to me and the shape of my ears. I highly recommend MD Hearing.
I am a 74 year old male with moderate to severe hearing loss. I have tried many brands of hearing aids. . . mostly the type that goes in the ear but never liked the way they amplified the sounds, especially when I am hiking on the desert trails here in Arizona. I never really considered the behind the ear style, I guess just did not want to broadcast to people I see that I am wearing hearing aids. Anyway, I saw a Facebook advertisement for the Volt-4 behind the ear hearing aids. I liked how small they looked so thought I would give them a try. I ordered a pair and received them 3 days ago. I am very impressed at just how well they sit behind the ear. . . . . almost unnoticeable! I read the instructional manual while charging up the two hearing aids and the charger. Then watched a couple of videos from MDHearing on how to insert them properly. These are so comfortable that I forget that I am wearing them. I tried the different modes and prefer the #1, especially when watching tv. The big test came when I hit the hiking trail yesterday as all the past aids I tried made the crunching of the stones and soil very annoying! These Volt-4 are PERFECT! I never realized just what I was missing while hiking. . . . . bird calls, crickets, etc. I cannot say enough about these nor can I say enough about the support I have received when I had questions. I would send out an email and it would be answered very promptly. My only regret is that I did not purchase these sooner!
Great customer service. had a question about upgrading their product. Chatting with Jamie, and he asked if he could call me. Received his call within 2 minutes, and he answered all my questions and facilitated the upgrade immediately. You don't see that kind of service anymore.

I ordered the NEO XS and received it in a short time afterward. After following the detailed instructions that were given to me by the support team, it was evident that they were not what I needed because my environment created too much interference. When I decided to follow the return procedure, I was very pleased to see that it was as advertised. There was no hassle and there was even an offer to upgrade at no additional cost if I wanted. There was the cost of shipping ( and insurance) but I feel this was fair.
