I BOUGHT MY HEARING AIDS FROM MD HEARING AFTER GOING FOR A HEARING TEST. FOUND OUT THEY WOULD BE $5000. 00 & INSURANCE WOULD ONLY PAY $1500. 00. I TALKED TO SOME FRIENDS & RELATIVES AND ALL SAID THEY GOT OTC AIDS FOR A WHOLE LOT LESS AND WERE BETTER THAN THE Rx ONES. I RESEARCHED ONLINE, READ A TON OF REVIEWS & DECIDED TO GO WITH MD HEARING. I AM NOT DISAPOINTED. MINE WERE WAY UNDER $1000 FOR A SET & ARE RECHARGEABLE. THEY HAVE GREAT TEACHING VIDEOS & FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU'RE LIKE ME & CAN'T SPEND A $$$$$ MONEY, GIVE THEM A TRY, THEY REALLY WILL TRY TO HELP YOU.

I have had the Volt 4 hearing aids for a few months now and really like them. What is exceptional is the customer service one gets with MD Hearing. I have contacted them a few times and my questions/concerns were always handled professionally and promptly. Even asked to take a photo the the tips in my ears and they decided I would be better off with slightly larger domes on the aids and was sent a pair immediately! I have tried about 3 other brands before settling with MD. . . . . you can't go wrong!

Asked for a refund for the extra we paid for "professional" help and they said no . I think we asked one question about why they did not fit properly and that cost us $100. . Would not deal with them again.

Purchased paid of Volt Max hearing aids in 2023. They work well and I like the ability to change programs according to my activity. I have found the support and communication excellent through out the time I have used these hearing

I had purchased over the counter hearing aids prior to this product. They did not work and were not at all user friendly. These hearing aids do not only give excellent quality, but ARE user friendly to clean, charge and maintain. The purchase literally removed my discouragement from over the counter hearing aids. Highly recommend.

This is my fourth MDhearing aid, my new Volt 4 is greatly improved and love the new size and the way it fits me while wearing my glasses, I can hear very well and clearly. Thank you! I also had very good Customer Service.

My husband lost one of his expensive hearing aids, and shortly after, the other one died! We bought some from another company which never worked, and they refused to respond to our requests for return. We bought a second set at Walgreens’s which allowed him to function, but with lots of difficulty. I saw MD Hearing and decided to gamble before spending thousands. The new aids we ordered for my husband didn't come, so I called the company. Mary made sure she got another pair to us ASAP (think it was just 3 days!). Ironically, both pairs were delivered the same day (UPS ‘found’ them finally). My husband absolutely LOVES his new hearing aids, way better than the $6000 pair he was wearing. We are both over the moon— I don’t have to shout any longer, and John is thrilled he can hear very well—these aids don’t ‘throw’ sound at him, but allow him to hear through ambient noise, and discern better the direction of sound. Thank you, MD Hearing! You have a customer for life!

I have been wearing my NEO XS hearing aids for about a month. It took a while to figure out the correct doom size to prevent the loud whistle, but once I found the correct doom size for my ears, things are going great so far. I have contacted support a couple of times with questions and they have always responded within a day. Very happy with my purchase.

I have had hearing aids for about 10 years. I have 2 other pairs, but they no longer helped. I now have the Volt max 2 and am hearing much better. And customer service has been fantastic!

A GODSEND For 2 yrs I wore the original Volts, and though they improved my hearing, I was still missing the high frequencies. That affected both conversations and TV viewing. I simply learned to live with it. Then, a few months ago, I received an email from MD Hearing announcing the new Volt 4. I decided to call and get some information. Mark kindly explained the improvements, at which point I agreed to give them a try. WOW, what a difference! Immediately, I could hear the upper range that I had been missing. That in itself was worth the purchase. Additionally, they are smaller and thinner, fitting much better with my prescription glasses. Tubing is thinner. The controls are easier to use, and as a big plus, the settings remain the same when I recharge them. I don't have to reset the program or the volume. Very nice! Overall, I find the Volt 4s to be an amazing hearing aid and economically affordable. I think if you try them, you'll agree.

I've been trying for at least 10 years to find the hearing aids that worked the best for me, all from MDHearing. Some were too big, some didn't stay in one ear (my left ear canal is weird). , some didn't work for me with constant feedback. I always felt the Volts worked better for me, but they were too big. The Volt 4 is smaller, with shorter tubing, They stay in my ears well, and I can hear better than with any other style you carry! I'm finally happy.
