My aids have worked great since I first put them in. Any assistance I have needed was johnny on the spot and always accurate.

My Mother is 97 pushing 98. She made me buy these hearing aids (had professional $6K prior). While these did not work for Mom due to her age and in Memory Care ( some dementia) , the customer support and return process is 5 stars. These hearing aids would have worked for a younger person under 97. . LOL. If I need hearing aids. . MDhearing will be my first choice. Just purchased my second pair of hearing aids from MD Hearing. I find their aids to be of excellent quality and sound reproduction, along with a reasonable price. Customer Service is excellent, second to none. Highly Recommended!

The MD Hearing web site is easy to navigate and explains the use of the hearing aids, how to order them and supplies. In short, it is user friendly.

l My husband has had ear issues since he was 5 years old (he's 59 now). . This is the first time he's been able to hear all this time. The reason he doesn't push it in any further is due to the constant infections he gets. He says they have truly changed his life, so thank you Mdhearing!!!

All is perfect

I purchased a pair of the Volt Max units and found out immediately that I would benefit from hearing aids. Immediately I could carry on a normal conversation with my spouse. I don't have full dexterity with my fingers and so was looking forward to using the app to manage the volume setting and program settings. Unfortunately, the app loses connection frequently with the units so relying on it is frustrating. As I explored the OTC market more I found another brand at the same price that promised stable connection and a host of other features, including Bluetooth streaming. I purchased the other units and was pleased to find the promises were correct. MDHearing promptly refunded my purchase price upon receipt of my return package. Support was very helpful during my trial period.

Had the privilege of speaking to Sarah when I called about ordering hearing aids for my husband. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and she answered all my questions. We can’t wait to receive our order and are hoping for great results!

My core hearing aids went bad. Had a concern with customer service not able to assist me in replacement, for the fact they are a discontinued product. After back and forth emails a manager was willing to assist me. Updated to VoltMax 2 aids Thank you for great products and customer service
