I have worn aids for 10 plus years, but this is my first experience to this quality of support and service of MDHearing vs all other business related entities. Well done and consistent.

I was very skeptical at first all on line etc. But this has been a exciting and easy and reasonable approach to hearing again all the post I have been sent . Very nicely done ,and I never realized what I have been missing out on and I can hear well. I have been told super nurse has bionic ears now. So glad I have done this ty for giving my hearing back.

I decided to buy hearing aids from MD Hearing because of a independent review that rated MD Hearing's after-sale support as excellent. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about support from a company that is totally online, with no in-person contact. But I have found that review to be spot on. I have gotten very detailed, quick, specific help from MD's staff audiologists, which have solved some problems unique to me and the shape of my ears. I highly recommend MD Hearing.

I am a 74 year old male with moderate to severe hearing loss. I have tried many brands of hearing aids. . . mostly the type that goes in the ear but never liked the way they amplified the sounds, especially when I am hiking on the desert trails here in Arizona. I never really considered the behind the ear style, I guess just did not want to broadcast to people I see that I am wearing hearing aids. Anyway, I saw a Facebook advertisement for the Volt-4 behind the ear hearing aids. I liked how small they looked so thought I would give them a try. I ordered a pair and received them 3 days ago. I am very impressed at just how well they sit behind the ear. . . . . almost unnoticeable! I read the instructional manual while charging up the two hearing aids and the charger. Then watched a couple of videos from MDHearing on how to insert them properly. These are so comfortable that I forget that I am wearing them. I tried the different modes and prefer the #1, especially when watching tv. The big test came when I hit the hiking trail yesterday as all the past aids I tried made the crunching of the stones and soil very annoying! These Volt-4 are PERFECT! I never realized just what I was missing while hiking. . . . . bird calls, crickets, etc. I cannot say enough about these nor can I say enough about the support I have received when I had questions. I would send out an email and it would be answered very promptly. My only regret is that I did not purchase these sooner!

Great customer service. had a question about upgrading their product. Chatting with Jamie, and he asked if he could call me. Received his call within 2 minutes, and he answered all my questions and facilitated the upgrade immediately. You don't see that kind of service anymore.

I ordered the NEO XS and received it in a short time afterward. After following the detailed instructions that were given to me by the support team, it was evident that they were not what I needed because my environment created too much interference. When I decided to follow the return procedure, I was very pleased to see that it was as advertised. There was no hassle and there was even an offer to upgrade at no additional cost if I wanted. There was the cost of shipping ( and insurance) but I feel this was fair.

I have mild hearing loss and wanted to keep the TV at normal levels when family was visiting. I didn't want the Hearing Aids to show so I ordered the NEO XS and received them in a few days. Initially the Hearing Aids were uncomfortable, and I had squealing when I put them in my ears, but eventually I adapted. I only wore them for a few hours a day, but unfortunately my Psoriasis returned and spread into my ears. I tried to wear the Hearing Aids, but it was very uncomfortable. Since this is a long lasting, recurring problem, I had to return the NEO XS Aids. I didn't know what to expect, but when I called I was connected to Tom Marino, who guided me through the return process and totally understood our problem. This was one of the best Customer Service Experiences I have ever had, and if you are hesitating to give MDHearing a try go ahead and do it. I really wish that my Medical Problems stopped me from having mine.

I was told my hearing aids would cost 2300. 00 I really needed them bad. I told my daughter, you know there has been be a company out there where you can get affordable hearing aids and good helped. She found MD hearing. To say they have been great from the beginning is an understatement. They have been with me from day one. I never realized a place could care so much. I am so thankful she found them. I would 110% recommend this company if you are not sure!!3

I haven't received my hearing aids yet but the customer support I have received so far has been excellent. The person I spoke to originally (Sarah) was very patient and helpful with me. She was very knowledgeable and I knew I was talking to a professional. She guided me in selecting the best product for me. I also am grateful for the help I will receive once I do get my hearing aids. I know I'm getting a quality product and the help I need for it.

I can only state my experience which has been exceptional. I hear better with their hearing aids than others I have used. My only complaint would be the hearing aids that were pictured were not what they sent me but upon putting them in my ears and hearing the quality I was very satisfied. They also stand behind their Protection Plan. Customer Service is excellent!

MD hearing is easy to utilize and the specialists are very helpful. Any issues are addressed and resolved quickly and easily. Products are quality made and individualized.

Customer service representative was great. Jury is still out on the quality of product. While I like the MD Hearing aids even better than my quite expensive aids, to this point I have had a great deal of problems with keeping the MD Hearings aids working. I will say customer service has been very good about trying to resolve the problems. If the issues can be resolved I will update this review.

From top quality product to excellent customer service, you are the best! To all customers I would advise to take out the "Total Protection Plan". It is reasonable and this company holds up to their word.

Finally, hearing aids that fit my ear canal after trying other OTC hearing aids without success. I inserted them into my ears on receipt and have worn them daily without problem and I am hearing better than I have for years. Thank you MDHEARING.

I had a great experience with a specialist by the name of Sarah. There was some testing done that stated I may have had issues with hearing and after conversing with Sarah we determined I was in good shape. I am especially pleased with the time Sarah gave me on the process, the cost, what to look for and the basics of their business to help customers. She cared about me as a person, not as a person to sell something to. It was genuine caring to make sure I was living with great hearing. I highly recommend MD hearing for their expertise.
