The part was ordered on 09/19/2025, with no status until 09/26/2025 made multiple attempts to get status with no response. They have a chat, but they never responded, instead they text you back saying they will contact you. Which never happened, very poor customer. I’m only one individual with an opinion, I would never order anything from this company due to the lack of no-human contacts and no response,

Not good item

I reached out 6 different times and would always get a message saying to reach back out during their normal hours even if I was in their chat within those hours already. I sent multiple emails and still never received anything back after weeks of waiting. My item came in the mail but no one ever contacted me.
