Outstanding service!! Incredible assistance and guidance. Thank you very much!

When it comes to customer service and satisfaction, this is the place to come to. Communication is top notch, as is their desire to make sure you get the part(s) you need. I've dealt with many places through the years (was a parts counterman myself) and you can't do better than here. Thank you for such personal service and professionalism! AAAAA+++++

Terrific experience. The part that I ordered fit perfectly and immediately fix my problem. The sellers even emailed to verify my model number to ensure that the part I ordered fit my 2013 Mazda.

Good products

perfect, excatly what I was looking for and piece came in a timely manner. ty!

Purchased a 2024 CX-5 from the Island Mazda in NYC, and the shift interlock center was missing. Although, they promised to replaced it, it was easier to order it vs driving to them. Great part. The shipping was more expensive than the part. But all good.

I received my original Mazda accessory with no issues and at a fair price.

When I had originally ordered parts, they checked in with with me to confirm they were the correct parts and that was extremely helpful!

Have bought several parts from mazda parts factor this year. Always super frendly service (they carefully verify your part order against your vin and did once catch when I bought wrong part). Very fast shipping. Prices aren't always the lowest but are very fair.

I needed to order a mud flap and the clips to attach to my car, but I didn't know which parts to order. Customer Service did a wonderful job in helping me identify the part numbers and the exact quantity I needed. Thank you for helping me with my order and for saving me money by allowing to repair myself instead of going to my local dealership.

Great. fitted perfectly. Thanksml.

easy to work with!

I’m waiting for my order and nothing coming yet

I needed a new spoiler for my 2008 Mazda CX-7 and searched several distributors before making my purchase. You guys offered the best price I could find. The entire purchase was stress-free, the part arrived as expected, and installation was quick and easy. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you for the great price and service!

The order was delivered in a few days.

Dealer confirmed the correct part number via VIN, and the part was delivered in a timely manner in perfect condition.

Part was identical, no mix ups, shipped in a decent time. It would be great if someone would give it an upgrade to an aluminum piece rather than plastic. Hopefully this part will last me longer than 100k miles

Great experience I would definitely recommend them….

Replaced a speaker that had blown out in my door panel. Speaker was easy to install and didn’t need a wiring harness or mounting bracket. Shipping was also fast. Will def order replacement parts from here again.
