Order was originally cancelled despite verification email, quick phone called fixed all problems. Have recommended to friends.

Ordered my paint pen early in the day on June 29, early enough to get same day shipping. It wasn't shipped till July 7. Just a form letter text response to my email on July 2 with no follow up. Finally received it today July 13. Will not be purchasing again.

Product was as expected.

The team here went above and beyond in a timely manner with following through with my order and keeping in contact throughout the whole transaction to make sure I got what I need and then some.

My order was supposed to be delivered Jun 25th. It is sitting in Puerto Rico as of July 2nd. I dont know if I will ever get my part.

The OEM part was right and easy to install. The shipping was fast. Will be back for any Mazda need :)

Easy to order, quick delivery. Would recommend to others.

Item arrived in great condition. The order to delivery took longer than expected is the only thing that was surprising.

Customer Service was able to help me find the right parts for my car quickly.

Part showed in stock on website. Upon ordering, it needed to be ordered. Took an additional week. I no longer need it now. Poor service.

Awesome 👍

I was really happy with the speed of the order. I also either ordered the wrong part or they sent the wrong one, and they resent me the correct part right away. They were wonderful to work with!

Good prices. Service in terms of preparing and shipping out was quick!

No response to my MANY attempts to reach them.

Awesome and on time

Price was good for the intermediate shaft. Local dealer wanted $525. With shipping paid around $300. Packaging was not good. Only a small styrofoam block for protection. Dust seal was bent but was able to correct it.
