These guys are great. Have a solid website and very good prices. The only reason they didn't get a 5th start is because my order got cancelled because of some automatic verification VINN system and their emails went into Junk and didn't notice in time. After an email, they redid my order and I received my part shortly thereafter. They fixed the mistake and hopefully fixed whatever issue created the situation. Regardless, I will buy from them again if I need Mazda parts for the wife's vehicle.

Great company, when parts are in stock. Quick delivery and a phone call. But when parts need to be ordered, it’s crickets. I contacted them several ways, several times, and finally got the call and info I was waiting for. Yes, they order the parts and get the process going, but you don’t find that out til much later. So I have mixed feelings. I’ll still use them, but only if I have a loose schedule to wait.

Delay in shipment and basically zero communication. Parts arrived late even though they showed "in-stock". Overall OK transaction.
Online said item will ship same day. It didn't. It shipped a week after the order was placed. I still don't have the item over a week later. Wouldn't be annoyed if it wasn't advertised as same day shipping. The store was easy to use, though.
I ordered my part September 20th. Was given an estimated delivery date of September 27th. I still have not received my part. I have reached out to them several times with no response.
I had ordered a few parts online and got the order confirmation via email right away. I then got an email that the order was processed. I was expecting the order to arrive within a few days so I waited a little. When I didn’t get any update for 10 days, I went online to check the order status, there wasn’t any update, although the parts said to be in stock. I called the parts department and left a message asking for a return call with the status update. I never received a return call. Two weeks in I called again and finally spoke to a person who told me that my shipment would go out the next day and I would receive an email regarding the shipping confirmation. I finally got the shipping confirmation today, three days later. I just hope that I will receive the correct parts and that there are no other surprises…
