I ordered my part September 20th. Was given an estimated delivery date of September 27th. I still have not received my part. I have reached out to them several times with no response.
I had ordered a few parts online and got the order confirmation via email right away. I then got an email that the order was processed. I was expecting the order to arrive within a few days so I waited a little. When I didn’t get any update for 10 days, I went online to check the order status, there wasn’t any update, although the parts said to be in stock. I called the parts department and left a message asking for a return call with the status update. I never received a return call. Two weeks in I called again and finally spoke to a person who told me that my shipment would go out the next day and I would receive an email regarding the shipping confirmation. I finally got the shipping confirmation today, three days later. I just hope that I will receive the correct parts and that there are no other surprises…

After supplying Vin to vehicle they still sent red paint for a white car try to contact by email numerous times and nothing

Parts were reasonably priced. Wait time was really lengthy. From the date of order to the date of shipping was 10 days. Everything was accurate. All in all it was a good experience simply because I didn't need the parts right away.

The part was ordered on 09/19/2025, with no status until 09/26/2025 made multiple attempts to get status with no response. They have a chat, but they never responded, instead they text you back saying they will contact you. Which never happened, very poor customer. I’m only one individual with an opinion, I would never order anything from this company due to the lack of no-human contacts and no response,

Never got my order just shipped back saying my address was incomplete for some reason. 1128 Bella springs view apt 231 Colorado Springs 80921. Ordered at beginning of month still haven’t received item or refund.
