The item supposedly shipped on 3/24. When I tracked it the item is supposedly going to arrive on 4/10. Totally unacceptable! In this day and age a 3 week delivery time is unheard of. Not to mention there has been no communication other than notification of shipment. Poor service and a ridiculous delivery time.

The online order was straight order, but it came back with the VIN verification was little bit confusing. The price for the part is reasonable, and the shipping cost is little bit over charge to ship by USPS. I also thought the part would ship by UPS for the price. It was also slow arriving and late for the installation. It is not recommended if you need to have the part come on time or faster for any project.
