The shipment took about three weeks to arrive. It didn’t even ship until after the expected arrival date. Then when I asked about the delay, you blamed the post office! Again, it didn’t even ship until after the original expected arrival date! I am not satisfied, and I will not be recommending this company to my friends.

MazdaPartsFactor. com (the Warner Mazda dealership) has discounts from the MSRP prices, is easy to use, and the staff are helpful. And they receive some items overnight. But there are two drawbacks: you will need the part numbers (look them up on the Mazda Parts website), and you have to add a note during checkout to inform them you want Werner to install your parts or you intend to come & get them in person -- in which case they will refund your cost for shipping. But these nuisances are offset by the discount on high-cost items.
