I needed a very small part for my Massey Ferguson 471 tractor and could not find it anywhere!! We live in Georgia (US) where there are lots of tractor dealers, but nobody had this particular part. I stumbled across your website and quickly found the part. You only had one in stock so I ordered it immediately. I paid for expedited shipping because the tractor would not start without this part. I ordered it on Monday and the Fedex truck pulled into my driveway on Saturday. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with your company!! MY parts were shipped the same day i ordered them. Fed X was my carrier. Parts arrived 3 days later in my home town, Edmonton Alberta, Canada. Parts where held up and inspected in customs. Fed X delivered my parts the next day.
