I ordered a lift pump for a 1960’s MF 165 tractor to be delivered to South Africa. All went well until the part went missing in the shambolic South African postal system. With the help Massey Tractor Parts, and via Royal Mail, it was traced and I received the part after about 3 months. I really appreciate the trouble that Massey Tractor Parts took to ensure that I got my lift pump. 5/5.

Great service from start to finish. Goods were received quickly. Had to return one item due to being the wrong size and the returns process was really easy. Overall great experience and the birthday boy was very pleased with his Massey branded clothing.
