Excellent service and fast delivery

Not at all satisfied I got an email from Royal Mail informing me my package was delivered but I received no package whoever they delivered it to it definitely wasn’t me.

I ordered a small part frm Massey Tractor Parts, paid for it, and it was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail. I got updates from Royal Mail but was not able to track the parcel. The Royal Mail website just did not work or accept my tracking efforts. A whent beck to Massey Tractor Parts and asked for help but I got no response. I tried again but was ignored again. After more than 5 months, I still have not received teh parcel.

I ordered depart from my tractor over a month. Past delivery due date still haven't received it emailed back and forth asked for a refund and basically got told, we shipped it. It's not our problem, but we 'll keep you updated. If fedex finds it
