The lady I spoke to was super helpful and measured the hoodie and even took photos for me to ensure I ordered the right size for a gift. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service! The only issue I had is that their website clearly confirms 10% discount “off everything” for your first order but when you enter the code it doesn’t work - I was told it doesn’t actually apply to everything like the website suggests, so ideally this should be updated to avoid disappointment to other first-time customers. It’s a small hiccup and I still rate them 5* as the customer service and the products I bought are fabulous! Would definitely buy from them again. :-)
