product ordered 7/22, tracking say shipped but hasn't been delivered, no update/activity since 7/27. Tried to cancel, I keep getting sent back and forth from Lowes to this company to cancel and be refunded. Waited 15 minutes on their "chat" without even an acknowledgement. Products might be ok, (Hard to say when I haven't received order) but customer service is severely inadequate.

A rip off. You can make with yourself with materials from Home Depot and probably have the same and maybe better quality.

Nice design but there web site says all is constructed with maple hardwood. I received cheap pressed wood so no option but paint. If it gets wet it’s now garbage. False advertising so beware.

Very happy with my purchase. I was skeptical, but pleased with quality and design.

Hearth arrived with a small chip near the bottom edge; it was obviously shipped that way as there was no damage to the packaging. Got an ok discount to keep it. But then when planning on installing it I found it wasnt square. Was out 3/16" on one side and almost the same amount on the other which creates a big problem installing it. Need a bigger discount now.
