Mantels direct had what we wanted and delivered it fast

Outstanding! Grrat product and company!

Thank you

This was a custom experience, with great service and quality craftsmanship. The team is very knowledgeable. Amy provided assistance throughout: measurement, picking the best mantel, ordering, shipping and checking in. The craftsmanship is beautiful and well done by the team. It fits like a glove.

Highly recommended. The sanding is so smooth, and the staining is very even.

Very nice mantle and very pleased with the quality

The unit is great. Did exactly as intended. Shipping included; customer service super

Beautiful mantel, arrived as scheduled and packaged well. I would have preferred the a French Cleat vs having to use fasteners. Also, if the center block was recessed about 3/4 to 1", then one cleat could be used instead of two, which makes the installation easier.

Buying was as easy as point and click. Shipped right to our door with no issues on delivery and constant tracking updates. Would recommend.

I purchased an unfinished mantel and it did not stain the way I wanted. Customer support sent me a new pre-stained one for free. I highly recommend this company. They were extremely helpful and the mantel is great quality. I will be recommending it to family and friends.

The mantel with hidden storage is beautiful and practical. We absolutely love it. The shipping was quick and everything was packaged well. Great experience!

I purchased a white mantle from Mantels Direct. After a few months, the mantel started discoloring in the front in two different places turning yellow/ beige. I emailed pictures to Brett 5 different times over about a 5 week period of time. He responded once asking for pictures so I know the email address works but he refuses to simply respond about what is causing the discoloration and how to fix the problem which is very disappointing. I told him that if I didn’t hear from him then my recourse was to write a bad review with his name on it. So here I am warning people of his terrible customer service.

Samples were too small!

Amazing!

product ordered 7/22, tracking say shipped but hasn't been delivered, no update/activity since 7/27. Tried to cancel, I keep getting sent back and forth from Lowes to this company to cancel and be refunded. Waited 15 minutes on their "chat" without even an acknowledgement. Products might be ok, (Hard to say when I haven't received order) but customer service is severely inadequate.

Great service and great product

A rip off. You can make with yourself with materials from Home Depot and probably have the same and maybe better quality.

Nice design but there web site says all is constructed with maple hardwood. I received cheap pressed wood so no option but paint. If it gets wet it’s now garbage. False advertising so beware.

perfect

Beautiful mantle! Shipping was fast and the mantal was exactly as described!
