Colors are not close

Online purchasing was easy and delivery was professional and faster than expected. Very pleased.

Very happy! Easy to find lots of choices on your website. Easy to order. The items I ordered, 1 thing was on backorder so I was expecting a long wait. I think it was an extra week & it was in & shipped so I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely buy from again & recommend you to anyone looking to buy fireplace stuff online!

Mantel arrived, looks great but haven't unpacked completely yet. Need to keep it protected for contactor team to install. More to follow.

Outstanding service, reasonably priced, and we love the new look. We weren't sure if we could get a mantel to cover two protruding bricks over our old fireplace but Lori H. took the challenge. She asked for some measurements on the protruding bricks and assured us it would work. She was right. With a little help from a friend, we were able to slide the mantel over the bricks and use them as support. We ended up drilling a small hole on either end to secure the mantel to the bricks.

Great Experience

Communications on order confirmation and shipping were excellent. Preliminary delivery notices were clear and as expected. However, actual delilvery notices were deliquent. Delivery was promised a day earlier than the actual delivery the next day. I had to call the shipper for info on when delivery would be due to no notification. The big snow storm seemed to have caused problems with their updating the delivery info in a timely manner. Mantel was delivered without any damage.

Finally moved into our new home. The mantel is fantastic. So many compliments.

I do like the options and designs your company offer however the shipping is absolutely terrible. The first mantle arrived damaged. When customers pay this much for a mantle the least you could do is add protective packing in the box instead of just putting the mantle in a box. The replacement process was not difficult however I had asked to put the replacement in a box with proper packing and it was not. The replacement came with damage as well but this time it was only on the bottom so to save myself the headache I’m just going to keep it. This is the second time I’ve ordered from your company and will be the last. I only gave 2 stars because I think you have good designs but shipping should be negative stars. You need to put more care into packaging and show respect for the customer who is paying for the product.

I'm an interior designer and honestly I was afraid of ordering one of these beautiful mantels because the measuring scared me. I didn't want to mess up something totally custom. Brett and his team were superstars and walked me through the whole process. My clients mantel is stunning and came in even more perfect than described on the site.

Took longer than expected but it is beautiful

Mantle was shipped within 2 days but it was cracked. Now we have to return for another one.
