No other vape worked for me to quit smoking thanks to magic mist I can happily say I haven't smoked a cigarette for just over a month and a half! The vape i have is the Everest one, one of magic mists own brands! Delivery always comes when expected, defiantly recommend this amazing company!

If all companies would offer the same service, (online) shopping would never lead to problems. Fast delivery, personal touch, quick response to questions. Ordering from the Netherlands and prefer this site to a Dutch one (and definitely not only for the price). Keep it up!

In a world of often impersonal online shopping MagicMist goes the extra mile. Superb service that included fast delivery, a handwritten note, extra complimentary refill and all the instructions and advice you need to get started. Only just started using the product but it seems top notch so far. Would definitely recommend and will order again.

Excellent customer service thank you for getting in touch with me to sort out my order as I had order the wrong batteries. Very grateful. Delivered very quickly. Great prices too.

Discovering MagicMist has been a revelation. Their products are great with decent prices and their customer service is top notch.

I have been a loyal Vapestick customer for over 4 years and have had a regular fortnightly subscription with them for all that time too. Over the last few months, Vapestick's stock levels and appalling customer service forced me to look elsewhere for my e-cig needs. I found the MagicMist website after looking for similar and/or compatible products and I am so glad I did. I've now cancelled my Vapestick subscription and will be getting ALL my future e-cig products from MagicMist. Their customer service is excellent too, which is always a bonus.

I used to be a Greensmoke customer, but they have now left the UK. Then I saw Magicmist on the Internet. I ordered one of their kits and received a phone call from Jason. The colour of batteries I wanted were out of stock. After talking to Jason I decided on a different colour. Because of the inconvenience caused,he very kindly not only upgraded the batteries to the multi volt but also increased one of the e-liquids to 30mls. The order was received the following day. I am now a happy chappy. Thank you Jason and Magicmist, you have restored my confidence in a company that treat its clients as people and not just numbers.

What a fantastic product! When Green Smoke left us all high and dry and cleared off back to the 'states', I began to worry that I'd never find a replacement for the American vapour batteries and cartridges - how wrong I was. Magic Mist came up with the goods and, low and behold, are far better than Green Smoke with longer lasting cartridges and a smoother 'smoke'. Absolutely Fabulous; for heavens sake keep on doing what you're doing and we'll all be extremely happy!

Wow, what a service!!! Top! Excellent! Correct, fast, excellent great communication, ... A happy one from Belgium!!!!

the products are fantastic and the website is very easy to understand!

I have been using MagicMist now for about a year and have only great things to say. The products they sell are of a very high standard, well priced and the customer service is second to none. They dispatch orders extremely quickly and delivery is super fast. No problems what so ever...can highly recommend them.

Great Prices, 20% of your first Order, Super Quick, Discounted Delivery (Ordered 12 pm, Next day arrived!) Buy with confidence! I will definitely use again :D :D :D

Only placed my order yesterday and it arrived this morning! The choice of different ecigs, flavours, the pricing and customer service are really excellent. I ordered from Magic Mist as Green Smoke are not taking orders for some reason. Rather pleased I did as the products are a whole lot cheaper. Green Smokes customer service was always spot on in the three years I have been dealing with them, and it looks as if Magic Mist are equally up there with them. Will certainly be purchasing again.

Great customer service.Great products.highly recommended seller.

Not quite sure what to say, cartridges are great much better than the ones I had been buying. Batteries produce lots of smooth vape and last a long time between charges just as described. Really can't fault this product. Had to email customer service about a problem they phoned me and sorted it there and then. Would definitely buy again and would highly recommend you give them a try.

The website is very easy to use and clear to navigate, and the functionalities work very well and are accurate (choice between strengths of cartridges for e.g., as well as in stock indication etc.). There are compatible products with main brands and rest assured about returns / exchanges. Delivery is fast, and service is outstanding. Much recommended.
