I received a call a day after I Placed an order for Elements 555, the next day I get a call letting me know that due to political tension in America, my order can't be placed. So I was given a generous sample of similar Nic salts for free to see if I like them, then I was given my moneys worth on the samples I liked. I really liked the personal touch of them explaining everything over the phone, they are so kind and I will be buying from Magic Mist from now on! :)

New Pro2 is a bit to strong for me so I don't really started yet. By the way thank you to Chris he is always helpful :)

Can’t rate the service received highly enough. Placed my first order and received a phone call from Chris as I’d ordered 2 miss matched things, which he corrected. Order was sent out that day and delivered the next morning. Will definitely use Magic Mist from now on 😊

After several years of ordering from Magic Mist, unfortunately ordering from the Netherlands will be no longer allowed from next week. Even now, they gave great customer service, making sure I have some cartridges in stock to last me a while. A very reliable company that solves any problem, if there ever is one, in a great way.
