I have been using Magic Mist for a number of years. The product I use are the refill cartridges as I prefer the cigarette. I have found these to be the most suitable for me. The service is excellent and efficient and more than that if you email they answer. In this day and age it is lovely to find good honest customer service. Would definitely recommend

I have just received my Magicmist package and to my delight it contained not only my ordered cartridges but some sweeties and what looks like a hand written Christmas Card. It has brought a huge smile to my face and prompted me to write this review. The team are really positive and friendly - but also very efficient and seem to take the job seriously. I ordered the wrong flavour of cartridges emailed Magic Mist to ask for help and they replaced with menthol as requested F.O.C. after return my wrong order, I'm extremely happy with the services and I've been using their menthol Everest cartridges for about a year or so & I'm a very happy customer :)

I have tried many other brands but Magic Mist is far the best. The customer service I have received from them is second to none, the staff are always friendly and are more than willing to help if you have any questions or issues regarding their products. The original tobacco cartridges I use have a much nicer flavour, and last much longer than other previously tried brands.   The batteries also last twice as long in comparison to other batteries I’ve used too.   So all in all I can honestly say all the Magic Mist products that I use are far superior to any other.   If your considering using their products, you will not be disappointed. Also as you can buy the products in bulk, the more you buy the more you save...!!

been using MM for quite a few years and can honestly say their service is 5 star, any problems with an order they are on the phone straight away, usually something minor like the colour isn't available. likewise anything not quite right they are so friendly and want to fix it, really seem to value their customers, which is a rare quality in many companies these days. thank you MM keep being amazing!

Have been using MagicMist for about 2 years now and I have to say the customer service is top notch (in a world full of bad customer care/service this is a refreshing change), the team are ultra fast getting back to you and always have a quick and easy solution so that you are not inconvenienced, I have dealt with Jason this year on an issue with the charger lights not changing to green, within a few days a new charger and battery. No questions asked just problem dealt with. Keep it up MagicMist, you are unique in today's business environment, your team are a credit to you.

Bought for my partner who had tried various vapes to stop smoking (unsuccessfully). He loves the realism pro, saying it’s just like smoking a roll up. The battery lasts all day and he uses it quite heavily. The window in the cartridge is useful as it lets you know when it’s going to run out so you can make sure you have a spare. The only downside he’s found is if he leaves it on its side, near the end of the cartridge he gets bits of liquid in his mouth, but it’s only happened 3 times and he’s had it for about 3 months. He’s already recommended it to friends.

Window good idea but pretty pointless as you cannot refill - they work or they don't. Batteries appear to be better but early days, time will tell

Love this company and love their products!! I smoked my last cigarette on the 31/12/18 and haven’t looked back since! Magic mist have made the transition from heavy smoker to non smoker incredibly easy! I started on the vertigo 18mg and am now on the 6mg with the hopes of getting off them all together soon! The customer service I have received has always been impeccable, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Highly recommend the company and the vertigo brand for anyone looking to finally kick the habit!

I have been a customer of Magic Mist for a couple of years and have been using the blank silver cartomizers with batteries. The service and delivery is second to none and all the guys are so helpful! Today I have tried the new Nic-hit pro with raspberry sherbet flavour and WOW what a hit you get, can’t believe the charging time so fast! Once again Magic Mist you have nailed it . I will continue to buy both products.

I came over to MAGICMIST when CIGEES stopped trading. I have to say the product and the service is as good if not better than my old supplier. Any problems (not many) have been dealt with with the minimum of fuss. Keep up the good work.
