I came over to MAGICMIST when CIGEES stopped trading. I have to say the product and the service is as good if not better than my old supplier. Any problems (not many) have been dealt with with the minimum of fuss. Keep up the good work.

Purchased the silver and black thinking all components of both colours would be interchangeable and of course they are not. The batteries are very quickly charged but do not seem to last as long as my old Cigees Classics. The cartridges also do not seem to last as long and are more expensive. I find however that you do get a better hit and a more pleasant taste with my preferred Fresh Menthol. So they certainly have their good points as well as some bad points.I will use them until the batteries run out then decide wether to stick with them or go back to my old brand. If I do decide to continue with them I will choose what colour to use, no point having two different colours. It makes it more expensive when ordering cartridges.

The new fast charging batteries are a game changer in this industry. In my experience they charge 6 times as fast as the old design. As s some one who doesn't like leaving batteries on charge without supervision this is a great benefit. The connection to the batteries of the new cartridges seems to have been improved as well; not that I had any problems in the past. Although the batteries and cartridges last as long as the older design, I feel that the fast charging justifies using the new design. The customer service is excellent from this company, and I have always received my products a day after ordering. When I have had an issue (always my fault) they have helped me quickly and efficiently.

Great smoky oil, great shopping experience. Delivery is quick and customer service contacts are positive. The quality of smoke oil is quite good, very pure feeling, unlike some cheap smoke oil will be very thick. I love coke and lemon.

I have purchased 2 Ego twist's. One of them had trouble making contact with clearomiser and charger from the beginning. This reported to Magic Mist. After some advice he did not work well yet and reported this. No problem we send a new one they said at Magic Mist. Wow what a servise, you hardly see that anymore. It is a pity that you can not give more than 5 stars, because that is what Magic Mist deserves. Thank you Magic Mist for standing behind your customers with an excellent servise.

Received my orders next day. Really like the tobacco flavour and doubt if I’ll go back to cigarettes. I’ve been using the cartridges with another brand battery which is good. Got my battery pack today, quite handy as the charge unit is small with a usb to charge anywhere, even in the car. Hopefully it won’t be long before a ‘charge on the go’ box is available.

I have been a loyal Vapestick customer for over 4 years and have had a regular fortnightly subscription with them for all that time too. Over the last few months, Vapestick's stock levels and appalling customer service forced me to look elsewhere for my e-cig needs. I found the MagicMist website after looking for similar and/or compatible products and I am so glad I did. I've now cancelled my Vapestick subscription and will be getting ALL my future e-cig products from MagicMist. Their customer service is excellent too, which is always a bonus.

I used to be a Greensmoke customer,but they have now left the UK. Then I saw Magicmist on the Internet. I ordered one of their kits and received a phone call from Jason. The colour of batteries I wanted were out of stock. After talking to Jason I decided on a different colour. Because of the inconvenience caused,he very kindly not only upgraded the batteries to the multi volt but also increased one of the e-liquids to 30mls. The order was received the following day. What a fantastic product! When Green Smoke left us all high and dry and cleared off back to the 'states', I began to worry that I'd never find a replacement for the American vapour batteries and cartridges - how wrong I was. Magic Mist came up with the goods and, low and behold, are far better than Green Smoke with longer lasting cartridges and a smoother 'smoke'. Absolutely Fabulous; for heavens sake keep on doing what you're doing and we'll all be extremely happy!
