Found this site by accident whilst looking to buy some more batteries. Ordered at 3.45pm and received them the next morning. After ordering I received a call from a lovely lady thanking me for using them and gave me a packet of refills as I am a new customer. Will recommend and use them again definitely.

I have Ordered from Magic Mist in the past. Great Customer Service now and previously. Ordered these Batteries 07/11/22 and received them the day after by Noon. This is the reason I placed another Order as of the Quality of Service and the Quality of what I have Bought.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company as they literally bend over backwards to accommodate you. If there’s a problem with your order they actually ring you! How many internet companies do that? I only smoke tobacco flavours and have always used ‘Hangsen’ tobacco products. Recently however I felt that the quality of ‘Hangsen’ tobacco products had diminished and no longer gave a good tobacco flavour vape. As such I decided to test the ‘Magic Mist’ 5 Pack tobacco trial pack. WOW….. these are unbelievably good; absolutely brilliant. Indeed for serious tobacco vapers, any of these five flavours will blow your socks off. In addition, their VV 1100mAh batteries have more power than the VV batteries I’ve used in the past. Link this to the Japanese cotton MT3 atomizers I bought from them as well and I guarantee you will only ever use Magic Mist for future orders. Service is king and they certainly wear the crown. Not often I give 5 ⭐️ but this company gets it from me.

What a fantastic customer service department! I've been using Magicmist for a very long time now and have never had any problems, but today I had to give them a ring about a order I received from them. I spoke to a lovely woman who dealt with my query with no problems whatsoever, she was so polite and professional and couldn't apologise enough! I wish I had taken her name now so I could name her on here to give her the praise that she deserves.... WELL DONE THAT WOMAN! A 5 star rating is nowhere near what she deserves! (Magicmist, she deserves a PAY RISE!)

I have just found Magic Mist whilst looking for an elite/logic replacement as those I have used for years seem to have changed something and I have had adverse reactions, dangerous filter failure (end falling out with screw in it) etc etc... I was pleased to find Magic Mist had filters that were compatible with my old elite batteries so ordered 10 filters for a trial. I was very impressed and so much nicer flavour and much longer lasting than those we have used for past several years. I was thoroughly disappointed that the 3rd filter in first packet of 5 was completely empty. These things happen with multi production but I mentioned it when my husband ordered more filters for me. I hoped for a filter replacement,not always available in the past or explanations requested or given. What I got from Magic Mist was Theo from Customer Services. He was kind, friendly, practical and thoroughly professional. Practical because he explained some things I could do to loosen a blocked filter, based on previous experience, to test the filter. When this did not work he apologised profusely and added 3 replacement filters. Now that was excellent customer service, however the manner and approach of Theo, indicates that not only do they understand and train their staff accordingly, but they are genuine in their regard for their customers by taking note of such complaints/reported experiences and actually taking note of them and learning from them to help in the future. This is a definite first, much more professional than a bland blind replacement. It was such a pleasant experience and a thoroughly refreshing surprise. I am so pleased I found Magic Mist.....you are excellent....Thank you.

Excellent quick service as usual

I made a mistake and ordered tobacco flavoured cartridges instead of menthol. I called customer service and explained my stupidity and was sent 9 replacement cartridges the next day with a pre paid envelope to send the stuff back. No Covid excuses, automated telephone services, just old fashioned courteous, real people at the end of the phone. Perhaps Magic Mist could sell this idea to the public sector !

The customer service is second to none! I've had a couple of issues, the company was not at fault in either issue.....I was telephoned and informed of the problem straight away. In fact I was rung twice to ensure that it was dealt with. The second issue was a faulty vape battery. Again it was dealt with promptly and so politely. I really am impressed with Magic Mist and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What can you say about a company who do everything that they say and promise, are polite and professional, supply great products, with service second to none. The answer to all of this is "THANK YOU".

Needed info regarding products, phoned and spoke to Theo, very informative, explained everything needed to decide on which product to purchase. Easy to talk to and never felt rushed. Order came next day and even a handwritten note on order from Theo, nice touch and appreciated! Cannot fault advice and ordering service. Now looking forward to trying it out.
