Lyrical hair has been my supplier for several years, since then I have been received great product and good Service.

Because of the color of the piece I want to return it for a refund. It appears to have a yellow or blond cast. Please send me the necessary paperwork for a refund
I really like my toupee for the price and for the delivery time, the only thing I don’t like is that it sheds too much, my first one was shedding too much that I had a bald spot on the front side
I got my hairpiece two weeks to late and the wrong color , I will never make mistake again .
I believe that you need to update your customer support so you can speak to a real person that understands and is good at problem solving. It took me over a month to finally send an email to someone that explained to me the reason I never received my last order. I was billed for the unit but never received. My address wasn’t correctly listed. I have an account with you where my address is normally kept on file, all I do is reorder. I wasn’t reading the tracking information correctly. It appeared to me it was returned by me and returned back to you. Then why wasn’t I credited? I had to file a dispute with my Discover. They instantly gave me the credit and said they would investigate. Supposedly your employee was contacting my Discover to solve the dispute. I hope so but I order a unit regardless. A simple phone call to your customer support base would have expedited the entire problem. Never had any problem with your deliveries or your units prior. In fact your units last longer and are made just as good if not better than your more expensive competitors. Thats why I was relentless trying to solve the problem, I wanted you as my supplier.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, with poor communication throughout the process. My order was significantly delayed, and I struggled to get any clear updates. After all the hassle, I finally received my product, but the experience left a lot to be desired. I expected better and won’t be returning.
The hairpieces are good but the customer service is very bad. They never respond unless you try to talk to them so many times.
Very pleased with the quality and the color was perfect. Just wish you provided haircuts.

I am very impressed with the quality of your product! I am into the beginning of my second month with this system and it is still in very good condition!
I haven't received the hairpiece yet, and its been almost 2 weeks, its expected today. Need to work on quicker communication if the exact size is out of stock, when the piece is ordered it should show whether or not it is available.
My first order was shedding so bad in one spot that makes me look like I had a bald spot and I only had it for a month
I cannot be sure Lyrical hair is shipping me the product as advertised and purchased. Without a retail label disclosing the contents and the material I cannot be sure I am getting what I paid for and this is by intentional design when it is shipped in a zip lock baggie alone without documentation. I ordered an expensive piece of natural hair and this fact is being kept from me. I do not trust Lyrical hair if they do not disclose the product honestly with a label, receipt or any documentation.
I am not happy with someone not answering the phone and not getting right back to me. Very disappointing.
I had a return on an order. The color was way off and the style was not what the customer wanted. I called the number on your website. The young lady that called me back took wonderful care of me. She put in the correct order and what I hope will be the right color this time. The one downside you have, is that you can not see the colors on your site well enough. Also if you are ordering a color not there but on your color wheel, there is no place to do that. You should correct that so your customer have an easier time.
