Ordered a system, but it was out of stock. They promptly messaged me and offered a free upgraded system instead. Very grateful for their customer service.

For the third time I ordered hair with . 04mm base which is on your stock site as available and each time you sent . 06mm. Why do you keep sending the wrong hair? Customer service is terrible as you can’t get my order right after taking my money and takes you days to respond if you even respond at all. You say sorry it won’t happen again and then you send the wrong hair again. Isn’t anyone in chart at your company to make sure orders are correct !!

Love the product and have little to no Complaints. Hair is study and it adheres better than other products I have tried. My only complaint is that it doesn’t take long before odor is present. Most likely from sweat, but I’ve used other products and don’t recall it being as noticeable so quickly.

Unfortunately the color is too light, I ordered the same level that I usually order from another company in a dark brown but it doesn’t match up, not anyone’s fault just a bd guess on my behalf.
