Loved it. Only problem is hair is too curly at the ends so the hair stands up.

On only one occasion, my system arrived in a discreet little box. All other times just in a plastic transit envelope. Discretion is VERY IMPORTANT . . . . the recipient is not always the one who receives the system when it arrives. A company that sells hair systems should know better.

The hair is soft and good quality. My color is 220 and it is accurate. The skin front os . 06 which is what I wanted. The medium light density is accurate. The mono top lace is a little rougher than french lace but maybecI wont notice. I appears to be a c or cc shape hairline so I will need to cut it to an A shape. It arrived in beautiful packaging so I felt honored.

I had my hair systems delivered yesterday on 3/6 but I only received 1 system instead of the 2 I ordered. I'm also having trouble get customer service to contact me on this issue !

Did not get order on date promised. I had to email to let them know I haven't received it.

Delivery was later than your first email stating 2/12 delivery. Delivered 2/17. 80% light density is far to dense (2x) for senior men. Having to remove lots of hair, taking lots of time. Other things seems good so far.

I bought a unit from you in November, and it has failed me over the past month. The hair is falling out and I have been using systems for years and know how to take care of them and maintain them. Other companies have lasted me at least 6 months the way I care for them. I just ordered one more system from you to give it a second chance. But I'm very dissatisfied with the last system I purchased

the quality seems good, haven't done anything , haven't worn it yet. . . wish that you would supply a helpful guide or assistance in the shipment,, I do not know enough to trim. . . and don't want to ruin my new hair system. . . also a thank you in the shipment would be nice touch. . . I ordered a thin skin . 06 color 720 and I received a color 1720.

The density was not what I ordered. I ordered 80% but received 90%.
