Scam, don’t buy! I returned an unused and unopened product and waiting on my return still. It’s been weeks and I’m getting no response. Beware!!

Delivery was later than your first email stating 2/12 delivery. Delivered 2/17. 80% light density is far to dense (2x) for senior men. Having to remove lots of hair, taking lots of time. Other things seems good so far.

I bought a unit from you in November, and it has failed me over the past month. The hair is falling out and I have been using systems for years and know how to take care of them and maintain them. Other companies have lasted me at least 6 months the way I care for them. I just ordered one more system from you to give it a second chance. But I'm very dissatisfied with the last system I purchased

the quality seems good, haven't done anything , haven't worn it yet. . . wish that you would supply a helpful guide or assistance in the shipment,, I do not know enough to trim. . . and don't want to ruin my new hair system. . . also a thank you in the shipment would be nice touch. . .
