My overall purchasing experience with Lyrical Hair was positive, and the product arrived as described and met my expectations. However, I have serious concerns about the security and privacy of my personal information. Shortly after placing my order and receiving the product, I was contacted unexpectedly via WhatsApp by someone in China claiming to represent Lyrical Hair. I had not consented to being contacted through this platform. I also received an email from someone asking what exchange I wanted for my recent purchase. The email included a text conversation with an individual apparently impersonating me and requesting a product exchange. I had never requested an exchange or authorized anyone to do so on my behalf. These incidents have raised significant concerns about whether my personal and order information may have been compromised or improperly shared. While I cannot confirm how this occurred, this is the first time I have experienced anything like this when shopping online. In summary, the product itself is good and accurately described, but I believe Lyrical Hair should investigate these incidents and take appropriate steps to protect customers' personal information and prevent unauthorized communications or changes to orders.

like real hair

Shipping time is exceptional. I do wish they would switch to another delivery method. The U. S Postal Service in Dallas is horrible and frequently delivers to the wrong residence. That issue aside, the Lyrical product is great quality I will remain a customer as long as their service and product remain at this level.

Still have not received delivery

I been looking for good Touppe and lyrical hair is the best and yes loved

It's the first time I'm using this brand, it looks like good quality

Great hairpiece at reasonable prices AND delivered in 3,days. Beats the other companies I’ve used by FAR. .

I've been wearing Hairpieces for over 45 years, almost always custom. I have in the past ordered a stock piece if I was in a bind, never happy with them, bad fit, wrong color, too dense, etc. This time I was totally impressed everything was perfect from the fit to the color! This is the first time I have ordered from Lyricalhair and I think it might be the only place I go to from now on.

They show something in their ad and send you something else when you placed the order.

Product is good

Well, I got the correct fit. So it fits very nicely. The only thing I don't like it's a little darker than I wish it's very hard to tell. The colors on your photographs. And I have it on right now. I do not like how thick the hair is, but I guess it's okay. I'm not sure if I'll order one from the company again

Great

I recently received a toupee from Lyrical Hair, and I have to say, I am extremely pleased with my experience! This was my **first time ever wearing anything like this**, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. When it arrived, it was packaged securely and arrived in perfect condition. The toupee itself is **beautiful and looks amazing!** I’m honestly so glad I decided to give it a try. From the quality to the overall appearance, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re considering trying one for the first time, I definitely recommend giving Lyrical Hair a try. I’m very pleased with the results and excited about this new experience! **Thank you, Lyrical Hair! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

Good service, fast delivery. Just do not like the product.

Looks, great, looks natural, feels great and nice fit.

This is one of the nicest pieces I've ever bought. I cannot wait to get more. Seriously don't stop and think about it more than you need to. Don't doubt yourself except for what you need to about color. Get this piece.

Please attach some type of identification to system you are sending. . . . I have no idea what you have sent. . . . there is no information on system. . . . . thanks

Excellent system with very soft hair quality and perfect matching colour.
