This was my first time purchase from this company. I’ve been wearing hair systems for 30 year’s. The product was not bad but the rep that I dealt with lied when I ask if the system was human hair. She said it was but it is 100% synthetic.

The piece I bought ordered online 5% gray in stock, was told that it was not available. Then I was offered for it to be made custom, which I refused. Then I was suggested to try the same piece with 10% gray, and when I received it had too much gray for 10%. I know because I tried it with my other company. I like the person who I was intouch by email. She sent labels for returns, which I liked. For this reason, I am trying a piece with NO gray now to try your company quality. But I Am Very Unhappy!
