First experience of Luna & Me for raw for my 2 cats. Ordering easy, but let down by DPD for delivery. However L&M sent a replacement order, now received. Thank you to Clare for being so helpful over the delivery issues! Have yet to switch my boys to their new raw food, but it is beautifully portioned & was well packaged for frozen delivery.

We love the product as do our pugs. Delivery turnaround can be tricky if ordering after Wednesday 5pm we’ve found. Also Benetton lose the polystyrene. Otherwise we love Luna.

I am so happy with all aspects of my order . From the excellent communication at the beginning until the product arrived packed perfectly! I have been using another well known raw food brand for a few years and was hesitant that my fur babies would go through the usual phase of looking at their new food , smelling it and then starving themselves in pure revolt because I had the audacity to try something new for them ! I am happy to report they have eaten every little last bit and you have found a new customer.

Love the portion size, it is very palatable for all the dogs. Venison seems best. The patty’s are a little soft in consistency. All 3 dogs had upset tummies with the chicken patty.

I changed my address for delivery as I was visiting my daughter for a few days. I ordered on Tuesday and delivery was on the Saturday as I was coming back home. I was notified it was late so I rang to try and update my original address for delivery. I left a message and nobody returned my call, even though they said they would. I then emailed, and still no contact. As much as I haven't had any previous problems, this was an eye opener regarding customer service. Quite disappointing on this front.

As soon as I took the chicken patties out of the fridge my kitten Winnie heard the rustling of the packaging being opened and rushed over and started meowing and then threw herself down at my feet. She absolutely loves these patties and licks the bowl clean every time. One very content kitten.

Lovely product great customer service can't fault it unfortunately I have a freezer full of cat food patties and a hungry mainecoon kitten ( 2 years) who refuses to even try it sniffed and tried to bury it. He was on purform raw from the start but thought I would try another raw option not sure what is different as he only eats chicken anyway! Little ( not so little) GIT

My Bengal kitten has had troubles with his sensitive stomach and digestion. Any food we tried he would have really runny stools. Within days of switching to Luna and Me this improved. Even when I had further issues with his stomach, I contacted Luna and Me and they were quick to respond and with a detailed response with lots of valuable information and suggestions. My cat is full of energy, very happy and has a lovely coat after being on Luna and Me. Very affordable and great delivery service. I would highly recommend Luna and Me especially for cats with sensitive stomachs!!

Fantastic pet food with the best quality ingredients. My cats love Luna and me and have been thriving on it for years now. There’s never any waste, it’s all eaten up and enjoyed It’s so easy to order and set up on repeat. If I lived a bit closer I would collect but the delivery charge is very reasonable. The customer service is also brilliant.

I chose Luna and Me because of the option for smaller portion sizes and variety of meats. They are a fabulous service based business. Reliable and always helpful. And my dog loves the food! She has been eating raw since three months old. No illnesses, allergies or fussiness. Very easy to use (caveat - we use air dried raw when we travel…).
