Great service following a query. Three stars because I’m very disappointed with the highly in environmentally friendly packaging changes from card to plastic - why? One. Of the reasons I left Bella and Duke was because of the packaging. My dogs do love your products so I will continue to buy for now but I am on the lookout for better package dog food.

I have had my first delivery from Luna & Me and I have to say firstly, what a swift and uncomplicated delivery it was. 🙂. As for the food, it’s just so lovely, no strong smells and looks inviting. The little patties make it easy to serve with no mess. I have tried many raw foods and I have to say…. This is the best. . What’s not to love. 🙂.

I have been using Luna and Me for over 3 years now. It is literally the only dog food my fussy dachshund has consistently eaten for the last 5 years! He loves it and looks forward to every meal. The added nutrients in the food have also kept his coat so shiny over the years! Never had an issue with the quality of food or delivery either.

My two cats love these patties, and it’s much easier than making raw food myself! The cats enjoy dinner times and are sleek and shiny and healthy. I only have two minor gripes: one is that I wish I could order smaller quantities (as my freezer isn’t very big!) and the other is that the turkey ones are significantly less liked by the cats (they basically won’t eat them) but I have to buy them as part of the mixed box. They love these rest though and I’m pleased.

We been ordering Luna and Me for almost a year. Having two dachshunds the patties are a perfect size, half a Pattie each for each meal is quick and easy and they love them. The meals arrive well packaged and have only every had one late delivery from DPD and the patties were still frozen well.

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond my expectations when my parcel wasn’t delivered (down to DPD). The lady I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and helpful. My two kittens wouldn’t eat any pet shop food I tried, but they licked their bowls clean and love the kitten patties from Luna & Me.

The produce is clearly top quality and arrives so incredibly well packaged and insulated inside a polystyrene box within the outer cardboard box. It came very promptly and early in the morning so went straight in the freezer. I'll take pictures next time. Lottie loves it!

Service is faultless, however since the pattie packaging change I cannot get my cats to eat the food. The texture & colour of the patties looks different coming out of the new packaging & I know the recipe is the same as I have checked labelling. My cats walk away after sniffing the meat, this is a real shame as they had been eating and enjoying for a long time.

High quality raw food & good customer service. Need to add single proteins as some contain a mix of proteins with chicken or turkey which restricts the choice for people who’s dogs can’t tolerate it.

Its a bit early to say yet, hopefully my "feline" friend will accept the changeover. The shipping was amazing, I am very impressed. The box was well insulated and arrived to my door in pristine frozen condition!! I opted for the selection, so far I've only tried the chicken one, as I'm transitioning to the changeover, pleased to say. . . "so far so good" 👍 Thank you.

Great delivery and easy to use website

Couldn't rate this company highly enough, exceptional service from beginning to end of the ordering process. Simple to use and efficient website, helpful friendly staff and to top it off my puppy LOVES the high quality food that is perfectly proportioned to enable you to defrost what you need so that you have space in the fridge. Well packaged and still completely frozen when received. Delivered by DPD who are extremely efficient and you don't need to hang around all day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent quality, ideal portion sizes for the smaller dogs

Have been feeding Squeak a raw diet for over a year now. Unfortunately, his senior age means that he struggles with the bone content. Soooooooooo excited that I found your senior pack. Squeak is loving it.

The food is great and our cats and dog love it. We moved from the US where we were using Darwin's - it's very similar (and our cats can tell), except cheaper and more meat variety (perks of the UK). Just knocking a star due to the packaging: 1) shipped in great big styrofoam box which we can't recycle (might be somewhat unavoidable but there must be better options in 2025. . . ) but more importantly 2) the individual packages (which have two patties in two separate but joined-together containers) are only labelled on one side with the product name. We need to divide them and put them in the fridge to defrost - but having cats and dog this makes it hard to know which one is which once divided. We've resorted to using a marker to write C or D on them! It would be great if the packaging more clearly showed the product name on both halves.

I've been a customer with a recurring delivery for quite some time (at least 3 years) and love luna and me, as do my 4 cats! Customer service is great, when I've had to change address or ask questions, they've been very responsive and helpful.
