I had to remove Tempting turkey as the consistency last month was not as previous deliveries and Buddy refused to eat it! I managed to use it by mixing it in with 50% other but he still took a lot longer to eat it. Usually the bowl is empty in a couple of minutes but if there was turkey in it it took a couple of hours (I don't give in to him!) I would like to say he previously ate the turkey happily. Otherwise I'm very happy although I have noticed that the green lipped mussels are no longer in the beefy beef which I believe to be very beneficial.

I have been using Luna & Me for nearly 6 years for my little dachshund. Believe it or not he is still having the puppy power patties after all these years! We did try other flavours but nothing went down as well as the puppy power ones, he’s still as excited today as he was the first time he tried them! Nearly 6 years of using the On Repeat service, which is absolutely faultless. Deliveries are always on schedule and the patties are expertly packaged. I couldn’t recommend Luna & Me highly enough, quick, easy, no mess, and they still go down as well today as they did at the start. 5*

I’m really happy with Luna&Me! Our 11 months old Westie puppy started refusing his usual raw food; he became really fussy and stopped eating another brand completely. My husband and I read the contents and noticed that all the protein types of that brand contained beef; that’s how we quickly worked out that we needed to find a brand that didn’t use fillers. I came across Luna&Me and something just told me we could trust it. I ordered several packs of lamb and turkey patties just to try and see if our pup eats them. The first several meals went really well, he absolutely loved it! After a week or so I placed the on-repeat order. The selection is fantastic, you can find all the protein types on the website which is great. Shipping had been good so far, didn’t have any problems. Glad it’s DPD! Overall, massive thank you Luna&Me team!

Fantastic product. My dog loves this food. I love the fact that it is individually portioned to maintain maximum freshness. Great range of flavours to choose from. Can highly recommend.

Our Westies go nuts at feeding time and it goes in a few seconds. Great quality raw food. Use the repeat order system and it's really flexible. Website is easy to navigate. Shipping: Sometimes the food doesn't arrive in the designated day but it is always still frozen.

Cat loves it, I just wish it didn’t come in a polystyrene box as the recycled plastic trays are great and easy to recycle but the box leaves me feeling very guilty as it just has to be broken up and sent to landfill. It would be better in sheep wool insulation as at least these are more environmentally friendly and i re use them in the garden. Or have some way they can be returned to you/collected at next delivery.

I enjoy ordering from Luna&me, and my cat has always been eating rabbit meat from them, which she really loves. The quality, packaging, and hygiene standard are all excellent, and the pricing is very resonable. The only thing that could be improved is more consistent delivery. I support your company. :)

Ordering is very easy to do. Good website, easy to navigate through and order my dogs food. Delivery was really good from DPD.

Where do I begin? I adopted two cats that were quite malnourished. We tried a few different brands of food, very high end, expensive brands, human grade quality food. Everything we tried made my cats sick, until I discovered these guys. They were recommended to me by a stranger on a cat support group on Facebook, and I'm so thankful she did. This food is a game changer! My cats are now thriving! Their coats are beyond silky and soft. They've gained weight. No more sickness. Their stools are less stinky and no diarrhoea. If you order before 1pm it's next day delivery, products always arrive frozen and well packed. I'm currently having to order 96 patties every two weeks as we're now upto 10 cats and every single one loves this food. We have experimented with flavours, my lot cannot get enough of the chicken. The plates are licked clean every time.

Professionally prepared, perfectly portioned. My kittens love it.
