Great products, amazing customer service, if any issues with delivery dealing with it straight away

I first found Luna & Me when I was searching for a quicker way to provide raw food for my cats. I used to cut the meat and add the supplements and portion it all up myself. As a working mother of threeit was becoming time consuming. Most other raw foods are packaged in sausages, I did try these and one cat liked them, they were the same flavour and I had to cut them up and portion them, again very time consuming. Luna & Me have very handy patties, they are one portion sizes, they are packaged individually in sets of three and through flavour trial and error with one cat we've found what he likes. They have a wide choice of flavours and it is delivered directly to me on a regular basis. I have needed some food sooner, the website allowed me to ordery regular subscription asap and it arrives super quick. To change my subscription has been relatively easy also, I can swap out what's on there easily for another product, although I couldn't figure out how to add to it, I sent an email and the same day Pip called me, she was friendly and super helpful. All in all I would recommend Luna & Me for any cat or dog owner wishing to find a raw food diet for their pets. :-)

I've had pets my entire life, and this is honestly the BEST food I've ever gotten. Its packaged so so well, the ordering process is quick and easy, the website has so many options for different stages of life. My cat has a very sensitive stomach, and as soon as I switched his food to this, it all went away. You wouldn't even know he had any issues.

My 19 yr Bengal loves this raw food. I give her the senior chicken one. She has adapted to it well. I'm hoping it is reducing inflammation in her arthritic joints. I have always fed my dogs raw but didn't realise there was a raw diet that would suit my cat so I'm delighted to have found Luna and Me. I wish I had found it years ago as it may have spared Poppy some dental treatment. Her gums don't show any inflammation at a recent vet visit. She has very few teeth left but the soft consistency of the senior food is easy for her to eat. My experience with packaging and delivery has been good. I'm very impressed by the attention to detail in preparing the patties and freezing them in separate cases so I can easily defrost one da ay at a time.

Changed to Luna when my 2. 5 year old Bengal stopped eating her usual food. So far so good. I’m still trying to work out which flavours she prefers. She only eats half a pattie morning and evening. The “minimum order quantity”, for my cat, lasts a very long time and, of course, takes up a lot of space in my tiny freezer! It would be better if the quantities could be adjusted to accommodate the individual cat’s needs, rather than to suit Luna’s minimum quantity order.

When Natural Instinct sopped doing cat food I was gutted bu a friend mention L&M and it's great. Firstly they're so reasonably priced unlike alot of other instagram brands. Second, the pucks are so much better sized for cats than big tubs. Last, repeat orders! My only wish is that the packaging seperated so i could defrost one puck at a time for max freshness

my kitten who is two days off from being a year-old she has been eating this food since she was six weeks old when I found her emaciated outside and this is the only food that works for her because she has a grain allergy and this is the only food that I have found that she actually enjoys eating and she's extremely fussy and she has tried every single flavour of the kitten food and she loves it on the occasion I do supplement with chunks of meat but I usually only do one or two small chunks with her meals and I do also supplement with other raw foods as well usually defrosted reptile feeders that are also safe for cats and she loves every single thing that is raw I did try her on other brands of raw food and she would not touch it Luna and me is her number one food I can't even get her to look at any other commercial foods sorry it is a 10 out of 10 from me and 50 out of 10 from my car the only thing that I would like to see on the menu for cat treats is chicken hearts and chicken wing tips which would then give other cats that prefer slightly chunky foods a option to mix in with the patties to hopefully make it more widely accepted by more cats

Neither my cats or my dog really like this food,my dog usually eats raw food but for some reason she isn't keen on this food,same with my cats.

My dog loves this food, great customer service too. I’ll definitely be ordering more.

Excellent service easy ordering

Quality food although I have reduced a star as recently there seems to be a lot more bone in the food which causes my dog constipation. There have also been some larger pieces which had to be removed. I sent a photo with an email but never got a response.

We were using another brand of raw food, but on talking to our trainer and looking at the ingredients we realised that not all raw foods are equal! Since changing to Luna and me our pooch’s poos are a lot firmer and less whiff. The food just looks better, and our dog loves it.
