Finally a good my cat is excited to eat! I have tried every premium brand out there and have spent a fortune, she’d like the food for a week and then go off it and refused to eat. My baby loves Luna & me and she comes running whenever she hears me cutting it on her plate. Thank you for making such a high quality food. If you are doubting switching to a raw diet, Please do it. My baby has never been as happy and she’s full of energy now.

Gizmo really enjoys his dinner time and we’re so happy he’s eating the healthiest food. Changing him to Luna&Me raw food has improved his gut health immensely

Food was good, loved the patty size and convenience. The website is atrocious once you have a subscription, I was able to order dog food instead of cat food as there was no way of easily seeing which bundle was for which animal. Spoke to customer service and they were terrible and blamed me saying it was my fault! I was left with a whole delivery of dog food I couldn't use and a very hungry cat that I had no food for because he's on a strict diet as normal shop bought food makes him very ill!

Has my cat was already on raw food from the breeders I thought I would give your product a try. The first time I put it down for my cat she gave it a little sniff and then she woofed it down and from that day on I haven’t had any issues with their feeding. I am so glad someone recommended your product to me.

What I love about luna and me is the customer service. They always respond so helpfully to any queries. My dog loves their food too!! A win win all round.

Seems alright! My cat very much was not interested in the patties at all though unfortunately. I do wish there was a smaller trial box option too so that we didn’t waste as much money to see if our cat would even like it. As for the treats, I’m sure maybe other cats like them but they were so hard that our cat even if interested wouldn’t have been able to chew them up. And we ended up giving all the patties to the strays outside, which even some of the strays didn’t wanna eat the patties either haha! The strays couldn’t even eat the treats either unfortunately so we will need to throw them away sadly. I’m sure Luna&me works for others but for us it was a disaster regardless of all the ways we tried to introduce the food to our cat. Atleast some of the strays ate the patties though so it wasn’t a total waste for us in the end.

I have a rescue dog with allergies. She loves Luna and Me. Her favorite is the lamb patties. Always delivered on time. Geeat customer service too. Can't ask for anything else.

first order was delayed a day by DPD which was not your fault but two of the boxes came cracked and unusable with blood leaking in the bottom of the box. I did mention this to customer service a couple of weeks ago which I received no apology or a partial refund. I did let this go as I had bought the introductory offer pack which was discounted already. I have tried calling multiple times which nobody picked up or called back as now my second order was late being despatched which I should receive some compensation for this inconvenience once again. This is only my second order and I haven't had a great experience so far. I'm already considering moving to another brand if this is going to keep being the case which is a great shame. I sent the above and got no response once again. Sadly I won’t be using this company anymore as they are hard to get a reach of and I don’t think their customer service is good.

This is the best raw food I have tried, and I have tried them all! I have 5 rescue cats and only one of them would really eat it, and not a whole portion, but he enjoys it so i will keep buying for him, 3 other cats have a nibble here and there, I'm hoping that if I keep on dishing it up they will start to eat more, nonetheless, you cannot fault the quality of the patties, or the quality of the company and the delivery process, it is good food the best for the fur babies, very healthy indeed. We have been using Luna for a while now as our fussy pooch kept going off his other foods. He now licks the bowl clean every time, absolutely loves the patties and his coat looks amazing with the raw food. If that wasn’t a win enough, we absolutely love the convenience of having the food delivered on repeat so we never have to think about picking up dog food. The website is so easy to use so if we need to make a change we can and we have never had a single issue with quality or delivery. Thank you!!

I'm really sad to have to leave a bad review - the for quality over the lay few years has been great and my cats have loved it. Having had a recent problem with two of the proteins, I reached out to customer service who not only were very unhelpful, but there was no sense of ownership of the problem with the product. The replies came across as generic chirpy AI-written vague responses with no apology. Very disappointed, and on the back of this I don't want to risk losing more money and wasting more food (for context, I'm an experienced raw feeder who has raw fed for almost a decade). I feel extremely let down by Luna & Me and unfortunately won't be precursor from them again.

My cat is enjoying eating her Luna food. The firm is well organised in getting the order out. It's just a shame the delivery company DPD isn't the same, they left my order outside my property in the rain, even though I ticked the box for it to be delivered to my house porch 😡
