Luna and Me have exceptional customer service, it’s truly second to none. The team are always so helpful, positive, and polite, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for them. My dog Jessie will only eat Luna and Me. We’ve tried many other foods with no success, but she absolutely loves this food and gets so excited at mealtimes. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely amazing. I have 4 cats. One of my half bengal girls was always hungry so I switched her to raw. She is happier. So I shopped about for a better brand. Cam accross these and she loves her luna and me!. Perfect portion sizes so no more defrosting whole rolls! Much happier, full up content cat!

Well packaged fast delivery, cat is enjoying the food. website is easy to navigate, got the starter box but there seems a good selection of patties to choose from.

I have 4 dogs of different sizes so I find the 100 g pates handy for portion control. Plenty variety and clear ingredient list as we’re avoiding chicken at present. Nice texture and good quality ingredients. My lot are not too keen on some varieties but plenty of alternatives. Website makes it easy to order and I’ve never been let down with a delivery yet.

I always liked the idea of feeding a raw diet to my cats, but I thought it would be too expensive and too difficult. Well L&M take all the worry away - I am confident that every single vitamin and mineral is in each bite. The packaging is really clever and I never worry about contamination. The patties defrost easily in the fridge. There’s never any smell and the cats love it. I wouldn’t even try any other brand except Luna & Me.

I had to remove Tempting turkey as the consistency last month was not as previous deliveries and Buddy refused to eat it! I managed to use it by mixing it in with 50% other but he still took a lot longer to eat it. Usually the bowl is empty in a couple of minutes but if there was turkey in it it took a couple of hours (I don't give in to him!) I would like to say he previously ate the turkey happily. Otherwise I'm very happy although I have noticed that the green lipped mussels are no longer in the beefy beef which I believe to be very beneficial.

I have been using Luna & Me for nearly 6 years for my little dachshund. Believe it or not he is still having the puppy power patties after all these years! We did try other flavours but nothing went down as well as the puppy power ones, he’s still as excited today as he was the first time he tried them! Nearly 6 years of using the On Repeat service, which is absolutely faultless. Deliveries are always on schedule and the patties are expertly packaged. I couldn’t recommend Luna & Me highly enough, quick, easy, no mess, and they still go down as well today as they did at the start. 5*

I’m really happy with Luna&Me! Our 11 months old Westie puppy started refusing his usual raw food; he became really fussy and stopped eating another brand completely. My husband and I read the contents and noticed that all the protein types of that brand contained beef; that’s how we quickly worked out that we needed to find a brand that didn’t use fillers. I came across Luna&Me and something just told me we could trust it. I ordered several packs of lamb and turkey patties just to try and see if our pup eats them. The first several meals went really well, he absolutely loved it! After a week or so I placed the on-repeat order. The selection is fantastic, you can find all the protein types on the website which is great. Shipping had been good so far, didn’t have any problems. Glad it’s DPD! Overall, massive thank you Luna&Me team!

Fantastic product. My dog loves this food. I love the fact that it is individually portioned to maintain maximum freshness. Great range of flavours to choose from. Can highly recommend.
