Amazing food! It took my cats a while ( a few weeks actually ) to get used to it but they finally ate it and eventually looked forward to it too! My cat got pregnant and her kittens were weened on the whisker lickin chicken! I decided to try both my dogs on it too and they love it ! I add a few biscuits to their patties because a: I can’t afford to buy enough to put them on totally raw and b: my freezer is a small chest freezer and can barely fit the food in it! I can safely say I’ve recommended your food to everyone I know! Ooh also the biggest bonus is the cat poop doesn’t smell at all, and the dogs don’t try and sniff out and eat the cat poop in the litter tray anymore either :) and speaking of the dogs, our back yard area that they go to toilet in doesn’t smell anymore either, the poops are dry and hard and odourless ! 100%recommend.

We've had our cat on Luna & me since e she was a few months old. We actually have to hide her food when we put it down because our Sproodle seems to love it too 😆 I love knowing she's getting great food that she loves.

We have been feeding Henry (Yellow) and Bear (Choc brown) Luna since their births. Henry is 10 and slowing down a bit now. Bear is 5 and is 38 kilos of energy! Their Luna patties still disappear in seconds at every meal and both have been fit and active all their lives. Luna is the best food for dogs. It is the highest quality meat, packaged to keep frozen until in our freezers and is delivered by a reliable delivery company. We want the best for our dogs and this is it! Barry Fryer

Our dog has been fed on Luna & Me Chick Chick since being weaned on to it by his breeder Riverggings. The product supplied as patties is very convenient for us, absolutely no waste, every meal is eaten with enthusiasm why would we change? When asked what we feed our dog to keep him looking so fit and healthy, we always recommend Luna & Me.

After a long struggle with his health and diet, I finally found Luna and Me, and the transformation in Joey has been nothing short of incredible. Beyond the product, their story and exceptional customer service provided the guidance I needed to make a successful transition. Joey is vibrant and playful again, and his love for the beef and duck flavours is the perfect confirmation that we are finally on the right path.

My cat is finding it difficult to get used to raw food and has refused to eat it so far, perhaps you could give me some clues as to how to encourage him. I have no doubt it is better for him but at the moment we’re not making much progress.

Very disappointing experience. I had high hopes for LUNA & me. I’m currently transitioning our cats to raw food and they already love PurrForm, so I was excited to try this brand as well. My first impression of the company, the branding, and the service was very good, and I wanted this to work. However, the delivery was a poor start. I live in the Scottish Highlands, so I specifically checked the shipping information before ordering. The website said the packaging would keep the food frozen for up to four days, which reassured me. But when the box arrived, the top of it was soaking wet. The paper wrappers around the patties were wet and soggy, the cover letter/materials on top were also soaking wet, and the top layers of patties had defrosted. That immediately gave me doubts about the condition and freshness of the food. I put it in the freezer anyway and decided to trial it, but it was not a good first impression at all. Unfortunately, the cats will not eat it. They do not even seem interested in trying it. I have been offering it for a few days now and so far everything has been wasted. I will keep trying for a little longer, but at this point it has been a total waste of money. The box, branding, and marketing materials are beautiful, but cats don’t eat marketing. If the shipping information says the food should stay frozen for four days, then opening a wet, soggy box with defrosted food inside is a very bad look. I had genuinely high hopes, but so far this has been very disappointing. I won’t be ordering again unless my cats suddenly start eating and liking the food. Based on my experience so far, one star is deserved.

My Luna absolutely adores Luna and Me food! She's a 5 year old Beagle who needed to lose a kilo or two, and I can already see the difference. She's lighter, happier, and full of energy, although that's not always what you want from a Beagle! 😅 She gets so excited when it's dinner time.

My cats are incredibly fussy; and I was wasting so much food and money on food they wouldn’t even touch. This was so stressful as I needed them to eat but was refusing. I switched to luna and me and they can’t get enough! They absolutely love this food and lick their bowls clean!

We’ve been ordering this food for our cats for the last few years now. The main issue is delivery and how the company handle issues. We’ve had the box’s countless times delivered to the wrong flat building or left out in the street/weather. Even when they’ve been delivered they are smashed with plastic in the food. This week during the heat wave our food was left, delivered to the wrong address (not even the same flat building) and was completely ruined inside after spending 30 minutes trying to find it outside, as it has already been sat outside for multiple hours. There was blood inside, everything had de frosted, water all inside and over £50 worth ruined. We called up and got told nothing could be wrong with it as they package it for all occasions… took no accountability or apologies for the food waste and we had to send photos for proof as it’s all fine their end. The food is great, my cats love it and won’t eat anything else, but it’s a shame the delivery service they use and the way you are made to feel like you are lying when you bring up issues is the deterrent.

Excellent quality food, securely packed in individual three-patties packs. Easy to open, easy to serve, very clean and no mess. Just right for my two senior dogs. The patties are a really good thing, and the dogs love their food. My dogs were already on a raw food diet, Luna&Me is the cleanest and most convenient way to give them the best food.

I no longer have dogs sadly so occasionally buy a box and donate it to an animal rescue. I’m so pleased to report the rescue are always very grateful for the food, especially for dogs with special diet needs, and have recommended Luna & Me for a number of their adopted animals. Excellent food!

My cats didn't like this food, and my dog ate the food reluctantly, also once the sleeve has come off only one portion of the 3 patties has a print on to say if dog or cat food, so packaging hasn't been thought out properly as my pets share a freezer, and I cannot tell which is which once I have given my dog and cats the allocated Patties. They company need to print on all patties wether dog or cat.
