Our Westies go nuts at feeding time and it goes in a few seconds. Great quality raw food. Use the repeat order system and it's really flexible. Website is easy to navigate. Shipping: Sometimes the food doesn't arrive in the designated day but it is always still frozen.

Cat loves it, I just wish it didn’t come in a polystyrene box as the recycled plastic trays are great and easy to recycle but the box leaves me feeling very guilty as it just has to be broken up and sent to landfill. It would be better in sheep wool insulation as at least these are more environmentally friendly and i re use them in the garden. Or have some way they can be returned to you/collected at next delivery.

I enjoy ordering from Luna&me, and my cat has always been eating rabbit meat from them, which she really loves. The quality, packaging, and hygiene standard are all excellent, and the pricing is very resonable. The only thing that could be improved is more consistent delivery. I support your company. :)

Ordering is very easy to do. Good website, easy to navigate through and order my dogs food. Delivery was really good from DPD.

Where do I begin? I adopted two cats that were quite malnourished. We tried a few different brands of food, very high end, expensive brands, human grade quality food. Everything we tried made my cats sick, until I discovered these guys. They were recommended to me by a stranger on a cat support group on Facebook, and I'm so thankful she did. This food is a game changer! My cats are now thriving! Their coats are beyond silky and soft. They've gained weight. No more sickness. Their stools are less stinky and no diarrhoea. If you order before 1pm it's next day delivery, products always arrive frozen and well packed. I'm currently having to order 96 patties every two weeks as we're now upto 10 cats and every single one loves this food. We have experimented with flavours, my lot cannot get enough of the chicken. The plates are licked clean every time.

At last! A complete raw that my Westie loves. So far she has demolished the duck and also chicken patties, and as for the coconut crunch treats - wow! The patties are a brilliant way to serve too.

My cats absolutely love there Luna & Me patties, chicken is there favourite. Package arrived in a good condition and patties still frozen, ready to pop into my freezer.

Brilliant product. My dog always eats his dinners now. The only downside of your product is the packaging. When I say packaging I mean the polystyrene box! I have said about this many times and the reply is it’s recyclable. It isn’t and I even took the many boxes to the recycling centre and they do not have anyway to recycle this box at all. So it is all going into landfill. I still don’t understand why you can’t use a box inside a box like a lot of companies do and it works. So I could then recycle everything. It is so bad for the environment that I’am going to have to start looking for a different company as I can’t keep sending polystyrene to landfill. But it is a shame as the product is great.

I am sorry to say that Luna, my 2-year-old cat has not taken to the trial pack of “Luna & me. ” Other than a bit of each half-patty, I had to throw most of the food away but she has also not been keen on other brands like Untamed that I have tried. There is still an abundant remains of Luna & me, as well as cans of Untamed! She has so far only shown enthusiasm to Untamed and Canagan dry food.

My cats are slowly coming round to it but dont LOVE the food. Also, I do not like the packaging. A few of the packets have popped open so I have had to throw meat away as I do not know how long it has been like that.
