Fabulous addition to my collection. The shoulder straps are a good length, so I can easily carry it into the city to collect or send parcels. It’s also large enough for a weekend away. Stylish and practical.

No confidence in customer service or awareness of items issued from orders. My order did not arrive complete and still waiting for some information on why or how it will be resolved.

The only bad thing I could say is that I was so excited to receive it couldn’t have come quick enough lol brought 2… 1 for myself and 1 as a present. Highly recommend

I can only describe this bag as elegant, small enough for going out out, but big enough to use going out especially for the needs of a maturing adult. Highly recommend this bag, never been disappointed with any LuLu Guinness products.
