Well made and as described. I will primarily use it when traveling, which is typically when my handbag gets dumped, and it will be very useful. I had hoped to fold the sides down for daily use and then zip them closed as needed, but that doesn't give me access to some of the pockets on my organizer. However, it does function as described and can be easily attached or removed by the velcro.
