nothing wrong with the bag per se, just too big for my needs. My only gripe is that I have to wait so long for a refund. I am currently on day 10 following confirmation email that the bag has been received by Lulu Guinness but still no funds have been returned.

I love the bag only taken 1 star away because they misplaced my order but all sorted now.

Delivery took way too long, had to send numerous emails to find out what was happening.
